Staff was not helpful,clearly doesn’t want to work there,room smelled like cigarettes

I Had a great stay.

My complaint is that when I turned on the light in the morning, several small cockroaches went scurrying toward a deadbolted door. I know it's not an isolated incident, because two other rooms mentioned having roaches as well. As for disappointments, the bathroom floor was rather sticky. There was no lampshade on the floor lamp. The electrical outlet for the mini fridge was completely detached from the wall. Also, there was hole punched in the bathroom door. The night I was there, I had the pleasure of listening to someone shouting at the top of his lungs in the parking lot. Happening at roughly 2-2:45am, I wasn't able to fall back asleep. It's more than obvious that the hotel isn't performing an acceptable amount of maintenance.

Floor and walls were dirty. The room had a lot of bugs.

Really should be classified as an hourly hotel. Check in was through a window. Check is not allowed in the lobby after 11p. Lights in the bathroom did not work. Everything was smelly.

They had a lot of people permanently living in the other rooms but they weren't noisy. It looked like they were trying to get the pool opened but they exterior needed a lot of cleanup done to it. Overall the room looked clean except for the upholstered chair which look disgusting so we didn't use that.

Roaches and bedbugs.

This hotel was perfectly acceptable. It is an older hotel that has been updated. The room was fine. The breakfast in the morning was fine. There was a pool that I didn't use but it looked fine. Conveniently located across from the Middlesex Diner. This is a low cost hotel option. I wasn't expecting more than a clean and safe place to stay, which this hotel was.

There was no water pressure. Smelt really bad. There was poop on the shower curtain

Let's start with the room it was not clean there was mold on the wall one table lamp no other light in the room. The security latch on the door was broken. Like out friends staying in another room we had bugs for roommates.Saturday morning was going to breakfast the lobby door handle was broken when I pulled the door open I managed to break three fingernails. We did not partake of the breakfast after looking around. Putting it politely the board of health would have had a field day if they did an inspection. Could not Park our car in the assigned spot because there was a disabled vehicle next to where we were supposed to park well over the line if we pulled into that spot we couldn't open the doors so we had to park along the driveway. Parking lot and sidewalks were littered and weedy. I have stayed in several motels under the same name and never did I have a reason to complain. After reading previous reviews before I wrote this one I know this is a waste of time because every single time they say sorry you weren't pleased will take care of it obviously they did not. Conditions remained the same only or got worse. I wish I took pictures they are worth a thousand words!

Did not eat breakfast

The only positive things was location and parking lot could accommodate trailers. The overall property needs maintenance done and rooms had some updates but unfinished projects. Was very disappointed and will not return

While clean, the facilities are old and worn. That's how they keep the price well below other places.

Located across the street from a nice diner. The room was not very clean and the tv kept freezing while watching.
