It was a good location. Hotel lobby and building was a little run down. Needs some updating.

Put in diff kind of room then booked confirmed, Hotel manager did not know how booking .com worked and made me call them to find out when they would be paid. Hotel manager not very friendly. the room flooring corners had a thick black grime obviously not been cleaned in a long time, Front of sink with black smear and light worked only occassionly . Had to ask manager to put a battery and install smoke detector which ws in a drawer.Bedspread and dust ruffel and chair had staines. Leaning and loose pole lamp Breakfast over at 9am and they turned the lights off but breakfast room ws still filled with people and only had scrambled eggs ans sausage patties only for car show but not on Sunday but car show people were still there and paid a premium price for room Also counters were not kept clean on a daily basis and only one bottle of syrup very stickey and waffel mchine was dirty and not maintained.Partial Power went out on last day and we could not shower.Parking lot littered with cigerette butts and weeds and debris The pool ws out of order for the season Convivence to Carlisle fair grounds

Clean room, the lights over the sink need changed. The TV was hard to understand because it was a firestock remote. Room is 112

It was close to our big 33 event Fire alarms went off at 2am, floors were hardwood and dusty, and hurt my daughters legs when she fell (she has knee issues and they go out often)

Bugs in the bathroom, main room and on the walls and the mini fridge. The bedding was clean but seeing the bugs made me feel like things were crawling on me. I was in town for a show and couldn't change hotels.

The matres are super comfortable, but they need to Change or be cleaner there are mites.

The room was dirty. Really dirty. The floor felt horrible under my bare feet. The tub was filthy. The staff was polite enough but definitely didn't want to help. A staff member told me 'you didn't book here for luxury'.I do not recommend.

Disappointing

Property was dirty, advertises continental breakfast-that does not exist. Shower was broke, no water pressure, asked for extra towels, soap, & shampoo DID NOT get that either it was ignored. I had to go buy personal care products at Walmart. Dirt ok walls also some type of goop all over walls and corners looking like poop. Bedding had cigarette holes. When going to check in owner was sitting on couch bare foot Indian style. Nice way to conduct business. Smells like marijuana outside, hallways & entry smell like urine. Waste of money. Tried addressing for more reasonable accommodations but they do not exist the woman said.
