Then, while reviewing my credit card bill they billed me an extra $85 for no known reason. When I called to ask about the charge they could not explain it because the "computer system is down". If i could give zero or negative stars, I would.

The most horrible hotel experience I have ever encountered. Completely unwilling to assist us in any way. Our rooms were there, and unoccupied, and they were still not willing to allow us to stay in our reserved rooms.

This property needs to be updated badly. The hallway leading to my room stunk, the ac filters were very dirty so we had to clean them and the ac still didn’t work that good. All in all I would not stay there again.

the sink in the room never got fixed. leaking all over the floor. stepped into a puddle of water every-time i had to use the bathroom.

i would have given my stay a 5 star if the sink/tub weren’t leaking water all over the floor. every time i want into the bathroom to use it, i had to step in cold puddles of water.

The price was very reasonable. The continental breakfast was mediocre. The place needs updating.

Stayed here as a late night stop traveling through and stayed because reviews I saw were decent. A third of the property was taped off. The rooms were cringy our blanket was beyond wrinkled like it was pulled from the bottom of the hamper. The carpet was so dirty and filmed I couldn’t stand to walk on it with bare feet. Our toilet didn’t even flush in our room the morning we woke up.

The commode would not flush and the ceiling in the bathroom was leaking water

The TV was not working, and when it could not be fixed, we were moved to another room. While the new room smelled better, the toilet later clogged and became unusable. After a long travel day, we expected a clean, functional room. While staff assisted with a room change, the overall experience was very disappointing.
