Wasn’t very happy they couldn’t provide the room I ordered two weeks in advanced

Shower was new but no place to put soap and shampoo.

We checked in, our original room was occupied when we opened the door. Assigned another room. The shower was always cold water and only provided slightly warm water when run along time. It was only hot one time. TV remote did not work most of the time. Only had one towel and one bath mat, had to ask for another Towel. I realize this is not a 4 star Hotel but just the basics were very poor.

Place is filthy,smelled like MOLD,bugs ALL over INSIDE room,was brushing my teeth and a cockroach came from under the lip of the sink really disgusting, I slept in my truck and only went inside to shower, spent like $60.00 on cleaning supplies as soon as I saw the room,it was GROSS, stay somewhere else or sleep in your car,"DISGUSTING "

The folks who ran the place were kind and courteous and the room was clean and ready and the people staying around the motel were also nice. Good place to stay a night

The staff was friendly. The hotel was in a perfect location for our needs, Upon arrival in our room immediately noticed the room was very dark. We had a replacement bulb and it did brighten it up. The linens were stained along with the upholstered furniture. The shower had holes in the floor where the wall met the floor. There was a hole in the wall in the bathroom. Mirror and tv had been wiped off with a dirty towel.

Absolute must to avoid. Filthy room with a pet odor, who knows what splattered all over the walls. Bugs in the shower. Smoke detector not working and covered by painters tape. The worst motel room I have ever stayed in.

Nothing at all very discussed and smells like mold Owner let me look at first when I opened door had a very strong musty moldy smell and big puddle of water at door bathroom still had dirty on floor and sink and shower was nasty mirrors where never cleaned and beds where made like a kids made them didn't stay cancelled the whole place was run down with a lot of people and kids living there

The Room was kind of clean but smell really bad, it was a non-smoking and like wet dog or cat and outside worst.

Service was denied check in without paying additional fees that weren’t declared in my booking and the lady treated me terribly apparently because I booked with a third party… the. When on the phone with the booking company she came out and said I could now check in without paying the additional fees… place looks like a poorly maintained low income housing situation we went somewhere else and had a wonderful stay we were sure not to have here.

There appear to be family living on premise with kids toys and pools in the walkways. Room was hot as blazes and stunk to high heaven. Dirty ashtray on the TV Stand in a non-smoking room. I felt very unsafe and was worried about my personal property if it were there over night.

Close to destination and reasonably priced Hotel went down hill since last time we stayed there. People live there with junk piled outside of rooms. Does not feel as safe or inviting as before when we stayed a few years ago.

it was horrible, roaches everywhere in the room. asked to switch to a different room and that room was even worse! the floors were extremely dirty, the towel and wash clothes provided were yellow. they were supposed to be white and clean. it was the worst motel i’ve ever stayed in. roaches infested my bags and even crawled on me during sleep. i got out of there. the staff wasn’t helpful at all.
