First , there is no signage for the hotel and the GPS coordinated are also not right. The approach road to the hotel isn’t even lighten up and if you coming in the night very hard to locate the hotel. Very ordinary breakfast. Old fruits and cheap bread and bagels

The facility was located in a very good area for the event that we were attending, and the staff was extremely helpful in accommodating us

We were told breakfast started at 6 AM no hot food at 6:45. Paid extra for a jacuzzi tub that did not work . I tried every thing including the GFI reset at the sink to late at night to deal with . Toilet kept running had been like this for a while by looking at the water stains in the bowl . No staff at front desk at 6:30AM according to kitchen server they dont start that early. ( she was pleasant) by could not address any issues. Card on front counter had regional managers phone number how ever If dial you got a wrong number message the king suite was nice and had great potential of properly maintained

Hotel was clean and staff was nice, breakfast was subpar and hotel was difficult to find. Hotel is changing to another hotel group and is the middle of transition.

It was clean, rooms were nice, and the breakfast wasn't repulsive. I didn't like the toilet in our room. It barely flushed, and it overflowed. It didn't flush, and when it overflowed, no one helped us. We were on our own! We had to mop the floor up ourself.

A great hotel with excellent facilities

Small hotel but nice and clean!

Friendly staff. Room was very humid. AC was noisy and the room smelled of mildew. Our couch actually felt wet. I mentioned it to the front desk and they said they would tell someone. No real resolution offered. Breakfast was pretty basic. Better on Saturday but still not that great.

The location was great because we were in town for Corvettes at Carlisle. Other hotels we have stayed in before in that area the turnpike noise was too much. Our stay with you was quiet and our window was right at the front door! The hotel was very clean. We enjoyed the lemon water in the lobby after a hot day outside. I realize the hotel has some age to it. The tub in our room was discolored from the dripping faucet. It had a significant drip. My husband and I both said that we would not want to pay the water bill.

Good location, friendly staff, and good breakfast. My toilet was dirty, there was old food left in my fridge that made it smell bad, and the batteries were dead in the tv remote. My problems were small but I also overheard two more people with problems at the front desk. One was solved quickly with a new room. The other was told by a different staff member that nothing could be done.

Room was so musty I had to turn ac on leave for an hour to get smell out of the room other than that nice staff nice room and great price
