Was a nice place to stay rooms were clean and the staff was friendly

Other than that the hotel was very very nice for the price we paid. Would stay again, but I’ll budget for breakfast next

We’ve booked your last minute on our travels back home. We had some difficulty finding the place as it was a little hidden, but other than that, it was perfect. Very clean, super strong water pressure in the shower. Spacious enough for our overnight day. We would definitely come back. Thank you!

Very disappointed in advertised hot breakfast buffet as it was not a buffet. There were waffles or bagels, no protein and nothing for anyone with a gluten allergy.

We have stayed there several times over the last 8 years, it is very clean the staff is great and the bed is comfortable. They are going to start upgrading it in Nov which will make it even better there! The only disappointing thing was the breakfast, it was ok but we did miss the eggs and sausage or bacon. We will be staying there again on our way back home to FL

Everything exceeded our expectations

I have stayed at this hotel off and on for 15 hrs whenever in town, 2 to 4 times a year. Changed hands twice but the service and friendliness from the staff have never changed. It is always clean and well prepared. Off and on you might find something that needs a slight touch up but overall the rooms, laundry, etc are well maintained. I have stayed at other hotels in Carlisle but always returned to here. The breakfast was continental mainly, I believe, because they were missing a cook. Parking right in front of hotel and well lit and safe. Stayed here alone many times on business with no trouble over the years. I will always return here. When I saw how low the price was I was really concerned but didn't need to be. Stayed 10 nights. The manager was great and would help staff if needed but they were trained well and a good team. Thank you Carlisle Hotel.

Everything was really good, except for one thing, and I’m not sure if the cause, but the tile floors in the entry to the room and the bathroom were sweating. I don’t know if it was humidity or another issue, but they stayed slick, and it seemed almost like moisture was seeping through the floors. The rest of the room was fine, the staff were friendly, and it was clean enough. It was well worth it for the price, but the floor issues were a little weird. I was tired and only there for a night so I didn’t follow up with them, but it’s worth mentioning here. I’d stay again, though.

Receptionist was very l helpful and nice but man the room was pretty lackluster.

Well, the room was very large and well appointed, the free continental breakfast offered was severely lacking: no plates, no juice available,

Good cinnamon waffles for breakfast. The bed was a little hard for me. My room was the very first room on the first floor, so I heard every person coming and going the entire time I was there. I know that that would happen in any hotel, but I didn’t sleep well as a result.

The pool is STILL broken, In addition just a few weeks before we arrived the breakfast turned to an all carb meal -- all meat and all eggs were dropped. Only options are toast, bagel, waffle, oatmeal or cold cereal. We were very disappointed with that. The breakfast is one of the main reasons we chose to stay there and it was very disappointing. Not a good choice for people trying to eat balanced.

Staff was very helpful. Room was ok, but had a musty smell to it. Breakfast was a disappointment. No cereal, No waffle batter (altho gridles were hot), Juice machine didn't work. All that was available were bagels and toast. A few muffins too.
