The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. When we used to stay there, there were more options for hot breakfast, which was nice. And it would be great if they could get the pool up and running. But overall a very positive experience and we will be back.

When I checked out they charged me $250 for smoking in my room. I never smoked in my room. Also, the place smelled like a sewer leak and may have had a mold or mildew issue as you could smell that as well

The staff were nice and the room and facility were very clean. Only oats and a waffle for breakfast. Also, I think they changed names as there was no markings on the outside. It made me nervous that they were permanently closed.

Room was clean and quiet. Slept like a log!
-
The rooms were not cleaned despite the request for it to be cleaned. Nothing but excuses. Breakfast was minimal. Think twice. Very deceiving
-
Very convenient hotel in a quiet setting. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Historic downtown with excellent restaurants nearby. Rooms are clean with comfortable beds.
-
Paid over 300 per night,no room service, exuce was one maid for 80 rooms can't get to every room
-
The property seemed fairly clean and the staff were pleasant. The stay included breakfast which was next to nothing.

We arrived before check in and had to wait to get into room... On the other hand we used the lobby bathroom which was super clean. The housekeeping staff found my bracelet on the floor of the bathroom and turned it into the main desk. What a relief!! Thank you

The facility was close to the Carlisle Fairgrounds but also centrally located in the town. It is located away from the main road with a fence separating the property from the main highway. It has a large parking lot, a covered entryway and is a quiet facility. It is modern with a friendly, helpful staff. The complimentary breakfast was very good with snacks available after breakfast. We hope to stay there on our next trip.

Clean room, however when booking, the hotel advertised having a breakfast buffet...definitely NOT a buffet with very limited options...no hot chafing dishes, no fruit, only 2 varieties of bagels, 1 type of cereal, bread, oatmeal, and waffles. VERY disappointed!!
-
Didn’t care for breakfest choices. Everything in bathroom was excellent. Fully furnished. Very comfortable beds and bedding. Was very pleased with out one day stay!!

Customer service was excellent
