We liked the suite we stayed in. The access into the hotel was limited to just the main lobby. It was a little inconvenient when we let our dog out to have to walk around the building to get back in. Also, we were charged the full room rate, even though I booked through Expedia and had rewards that should have been apples.

Good options! The kitchen staff (Angela) was amazing!

I never stayed in one of their residence ends by Marriott. The price was really cheap, but you got for the value is excellent. They have a beautiful indoor pool with a hot tub. They had an outdoor space with a gas fireplace where you can sit around a fire pit and warm your hands on a cold spring day. The pre-breakfast was good and the space to eat. The breakfast was really amazing. Very nice hotel. I would definitely come back especially because I only paid $143 for one night in a queen suite which had a separate living room with a sofa bed kitchen a nice bathroom separate bedroom all for $143. WOW! I pretty much liked everything about the property. The people at the desk were nice.

Paying for parking was a disappointment. It’s just another way to glom a few extra dollars from unsuspecting customers. The room was large but noisy.

Everything was clean and good breakfast Really racism. When I got there the lady at front desk name Vicky was really racism didn't want to look at a second reservation that I had was given snack to all the people that were going in but do to us Hispanic didn't even bother to do so

We loved staying here as a mom and teen son; we had our own bedrooms in our room. The pool and whirlpool were great after a day of driving. Close to downtown and the turnpike.

Location was convenient to the turnpike and DickinsonCollege and down town Carlisle. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was a very complete array of choices. The staff was so friendly!! They were exceptional and explaining the layout of the hotel and what they had to offer. It would have been nice to be notified of the parking fee in advance. I didnt see it until I received my receipt my email when I got home. It's not a big deal, but you have a huge parking area that is only for your hotel so why the fee?

Hard to find. Address wrong on Waze and Apple Maps

Was totally unsatisfied, had to deal with crying babies all night next door to me and my wife, then couldn't get the TV to turn down,so we ended up not watching tv,and listening to a baby cry all night, and it was me and wife anniversary...wish I could get my money back, totally a waste of my money and destroyed my anniversary.

Breakfast really hit the spot. Eggs, potatoes, waffles, yogurt, fresh fruit, oatmeal, cereal, coffee, juice. Clean room, comfortable bed. Would definitely stay again.

Loved the amenities in the room. Staff were fantastic! Special recognition to Amanda at the front desk. Breakfast - did not enjoy the coffee (had to purchase elsewhere) and the meal was late in the morning for those hoping to get on the road early

There was no shampoo in our bathroom and we had ants in our bedroom. We ordered a king suite and paid for one but when we checked in they said they were over booked and only had queen beds.

  • Engine customer Apr 2026

Access to why we there for the stay, Proximity to restaurants, stores, etc We booked room with king size bed but were told that those rooms were overbooked. Ended up with smaller bed but no difference in price. We checked in around 9 pm, at 6 in the morning people were checking in and were told that several rooms with king beds were available. Not sure how that was possible and doubted that that many people checked out in the early morning and that rooms were cleaned already

The staff was all exceptional ,everyone was extremely friendly and helpful The sofas in the room or very uncomfortable and were sinking in the center, definitely needs to be thrown out or replaced with an upgrade. I paid $660 for two nights... if another patron stays for two more nights at that rate that would definitely purchase a very nice pull out sofa... just saying.

    Very helpful front desk.

I was given a musty/moldy room. I had to ask for another room, the smell was intense.

Service was great. Food was very good. Room was perfect. Making the reservation through Marriott was not optimal. I called the location directly and was transferred to a call center. There were no rooms available. I then went through Expedia and there were rooms available and also cheaper...
