Our stay was comfortable. The pool was great for the kids amd the breakfast was pretty good. Definitely one of the better hotels that allows pets

Property was basic but clean. Traveled for leisure with family. Room and bathroom was nice. There was a fridge with freezer in the room. Microwave. Free breakfast available that was adequate and staff kept stocked. Free parking on site.

The staff and breakfast were excellent.

Room could use a good scrubbing of walls, floors, bathrooms, caulking. Mattresses lumpy. Very noisy kids Saturday nite til 1am. People were friendly breakfast was good.

Great for the price

The room was clean but very cold when entering the room. Warmed up quickly once temperatures adjusted. Children running up and down hallways woke us up and a baby crying was the only reason for a four rating. Hotel staff stopped the children from being disorderly and we were able to continue with a good nights sleep. Did not par take in the breakfast so can’t comment on that. Although hotel offered free coffee but was out of decaffeinated which was a bummer.

It was a pretty decent breakfast with a wide choice of items. Room was not properly cleaned. Previous occupants stuff was still in the refrigerator and dirty hand towel was left in the shower area.

Both staff members at check in and check out were very pleasant and friendly. The gentleman supervising the breakfast responsibilities was exceptional and the buffet was well stocked and easy to maneuver. Everything was clean, prepped and ready to serve. Ive been to many different hotels and don't always experience a good breakfast buffet and helpful staff. This establishment was one of the best stays we've been to.

Breakfast was very good for a free hotel breakfast Common areas were older looking, not necessarily appealing. Rooms were great. Rooms seemed to be recently remodeled & items laying around indicated maybe the public areas are next.

We had a very good experience staying at Best Western in Carlisle. The staff was excellent, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were decent and comfortable for the price, making it a good value option. The location was also very convenient, as it is close to the highway, which made traveling in and out very easy. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Carlisle.
