When checking in they surprised us with a 30.00 charge for our kiddo even though I had been emailing them 2 weeks prior to let them know. No where on their website is that explained and felt very stingy, especially since they assumed he would be eating the breakfast and none of the 3 of us did. The owner was complaining about having to refill the pool because kids “splashed too much”. The shower was clogged and flooded up to my ankles while showering - the rooms could use some tlc but It was a beautiful property, just bizarre rules and unwelcoming. Great park close by and restaurants in close by.

Gorgeous place. The bed sheet were SO soft. The bed itself was so comfortable. So clean. Easy check in and out. Beautiful design. Breakfast and parking available. Temperature of the room is perfect.

Very clean, friendly staff, and lovely pool. Breakfast was a little quirky, but some people might like that. Feels like you're eating breakfast at someone's home.

Very comfy king bed and rustic charm enveloped the whole property. Teresa was awesome at check in and the breakfast was low key but so tasty - superb stay!! We’ll be back for sure!!

Absolutely beautiful location - walking distance to the valley and short driving distance to Carmel by the Sea. Great front office service, amazing home made breakfast (above and beyond typical continental breakfast), and spacious rooms. The pool and hot tub were clean and warm.
