Very good

Very old accommodations, dated and not very comfortable. No cutlery or dishes in the rooms even though it was an extended stay, not sure if you have to request them or not. Apparently, the people staying there knew nothing about common curtesy to other guests. Several of the people staying in other rooms (probably together) had their doors open as they were getting ready for the evening as if they were in their own living room, extremely loud and rude. Only to have them return from their night out at 3 a.m., just as loud and rude. No Morning, whatever you want to call it, not a breakfast or even considered a continental breakfast available, just coffee. I was told a Manager would be calling me, it has been two days now and no one has reached out. We will not be returning.

Great for the night I needed it. You can tell folks live theee but it’s in a quiet neighborhood, it wasn’t noisy nix a few doggy barks which I don’t mind and it was clean. I would absolutely stay here again. The staff were great and helped me check in earlier and the folks who hang outside were pleasant too.

absolutely nothing, was very poorly maintained, wasn’t clean at all, waited 40 mins in the lobby for staffs assistance upon arrival. Do not recommend everything, poor customer service, the property was not properly maintained was dirty from the moment you walked through the front door to your room, rooms weren’t properly treated, lamps didn’t work, lamps were broken,etc.

I stay here every year I fly in for a Steelers game , great location .. very friendly stay , most off no complaints.

WARNING, WARNING, WARNING. Bed bugs, fleas, but on the bright side, staff was helpful. Don't ask for coffee maker. It was filthy. It seemed it was for the homeless. When we were leaving a pickup truck was backed up with all their belongings waiting to check in. If you want clean linens you had to take yours down to staff to be washed and given back. There were no fresh linens. And when you got yours back they didn't smell clean. Place was filthy. Not clean all. Have pictures. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Front desk lady was really nice The room reaked of mold and discusting bedding

When I booked this stay, I was unaware of their room service policy of only offering service 'every 2 weeks'. If I wanted clean towels I'd have to bring the used ones to the front desk. The staff at the front desk were absent at times. At other times they were hiding at the desk behind the wall and you had to get their attention for assistance. The absolute worst part of this stay was seeing a cockroach in the room. When I mentioned this to the desk at check out the woman said another guest had also complained about seeing a cockroach in their room. I was only offered an apology for the cockroach. This was by far the worst hotel experience I have had and I would highly suggest people find another place to stay when visiting the Pittsburgh area.

I will NOT be going there again!!

The AC worked well and good water pressure in shower. Hotel location was convenient to interstate. Hotel advertised coffee maker, hair dryer, ironing board, kitchenette neccesities (like silverware, cups, plates, etc) but NONE of these were available. There was no alarm clock in the room. Curtain was broke off rod so it would not shut completely and we were on the first floor. The carpet was grimy and worn. The bathroom had only one roll of toilet paper. The towels were ultra thin. The hallways were dark. There were people smoking right outside front door even though signs posted said no smoking within 100 ft of entrance. There was no comforter/bedspread on the bed...only sheets and a super thin blanket that seemed more like a second flat sheet.

I've never had to ask for kitchen utensils or a coffee maker when renting a suite.

Weed, weed, weed smell every where in the hall ways. Not friendly for families with kids. We brought this to front desk person on duty. But I think, it’s nothing in their hands as well.

Roaches crawling on the walls, dead roaches under the sink and in the light fixtures. Soaking wet carpet around the AC unit with ants. Black moldy shower curtain that looked like it was dipped in mud. Stained carpet, door key not working properly, more…

The outside of hotel looked decent. Inside was terrible. Horrible smell, carpet stains, cigarette burns, marker drawings on the walls, just really bad inside:(
