Staff was friendly. Room was clean and quiet Location was a little out of the way, but it was still easy access so it worked

Room was nice. Bed was comfortable, air conditioning worked well. Breakfast was under -staffed, and attendant was overworked. Trash was never dumped and fell about the floor. We had to reuse our towels as room service person said that she didn't have large towels on her cart.

Great location just outside Pittsburgh. Only 15 minutes to PNC park & worth it to not have to maneuver through downtown traffic. Room was extremely humid, which made it sticky & uncomfortable. Shower was outdated & flaking. Bathroom door handle didn’t work. Breakfast was good.

It was a good stay

The included breakfast was great except they ran out of coffee the second day which happened to be a Saturday. The offerings were good though - yogurt, hard boiled eggs, dry cereals, oatmeal, eggs, bacon or smoked sausage (one offered per day), breakfast potatoes, scones, bagels, toast, make-your-own waffle (Belgium big or mini’s), juice variety. The only thing that felt clean was the bed. The bathroom counter and shelving were dirty and dusty. Dust was visible in many parts by baseboards and such. The bathroom shelving was the worst though. Had to clean it so we could even use it. Made sure to wear socks or slippers at all times. The only day they cleaned (clean every other day), they just removed dirty towels. Didn’t remove trash. We had to request new towels. No beds were made but honestly I was ok with that.

Good Breakfast spread There was no hot water on one of the mornings. Neither were we given an alternative nor compensated for the lack of basic facilities

We looked forward to breakfast all day! What a great selection each day! The staff was super friendly and helpful.

Our overall stay was good except for a few inconveniences. The hot water stops working after 2 people showered. We arrived late and didn't want to deal with it, we thought it's just a one night issue but the next morning when we we're checking out there was no hot water but my son wanted to take a shower so he showered in cold as we were rushing to checkout as we have a long drive, the water did not warm up at all. There were hairs in the bath tub when we checked in but we didn't think of it as a big deal but the drain is very slow and it looks like it was clogged so all the residue are coming out while showering. The breakfast was fine but throughout our travels and stops we've been staying at Hampton Inn but this property is not as great as the one's we've stayed in so far.

Needs to fix the parking lot and want to charge for parking shame on you Hampton Inn I will not be choosing you anymore

Do not really have anything that stood out !! The drive back into the hotel is full of pot holes !!

It was quiet and comfortable Where it was located no places close to eat but it was ok
