Hampton Inn Pittsburgh/Greentree

A pleasant stay all around, very accessible to downtown Pittsburgh. Nice staff and facility in good condition in general. Slept well, minimal noise from the highway.

Hotel was clean, service was prompt, no issues.

Stayed here one night for a concert. Was able to check in about an hour early which was nice. Room was clean for the most part, could’ve been vacuumed a little bit more around the bed and AC. The bathroom was clean, the shower came with shampoo, conditioner & body wash. We were fully stocked on towels and wash cloths. My only complaint is that the AC in our room made a terrible noise after running it through the night. We had to turn it off in order to get some sleep.

The management is absolutely amazing and it has a family-run vibe. The room was great and my dog had fun too. It’s a great location surrounded by beautiful tree-topped hills.

Clean hotel and looks to have been recently renovated. My only complaint is the hotel charges for parking which feels very silly and greedy given the location.

Clean The pool needs some kind of revamp & to be kept clean.

Kind of musty and stuffy in there - breakfast area and tables are very cramped, you’re practically side by side with other people. Water damage and peeling paint in the hotel room, outdoor pool gave weird dirty vibes so my kids avoided it, and overall dated feel to it.

There was breakfast but there were so many people that it was difficult to access. One morning we did wait for awhile and took food; the scrambled eggs were over-cooked and brown in some areas and cold; sausage was cold. We didn't try it again and went off site for breakfast. Air conditioning worked but the machine was loud and disturbing at times. I will not return to this particular location.

After 3 night stay didn't have housekeeping service even though we reported it to the front desk and we were told we would have it the second day. Had to ask for tissues at the front desk minimal left and new box. The breakfast was very good and 'Jordan' was outstanding working diligently to get everything we needed without any other help. What an outstanding employee!!!

The rooms were clean and comfortable Not enough handicapped parking. We had to walk a long way and I have disabilities

Ended up booking a stay at a separate hotel We pre-booked a room traveling from out of state. Called to request a late check in after midnight and was told our room was no longer available. We had been “walked” to the airport location which was 20 minutes further from our intended destination. We ended up booking at another hotel and request a refund if possible for this poor service

Breakfast need to be improved

Great staff, professional and friendly always with a smile. Beds very comfortable.

The staff was wonderful and very friendly. The room was fine. The breakfast was good. I didn't like that I had to join Hilton Honors to get free internet.

This particular hotel is the worst Hilton properties I have ever stayed in my life. The front desk associate made me lay my own bed on the first night.Wondering if a guest is suppose to do the job of housekeeping?I paid for comfort that I never got.
