decent hotel / just wish it had included breakfast for the price

The pool was disgusting, the ceiling was rotting and hanging and it appeared there was children’s feces, could have been something else, all over the floor. The AC was so loud, it was difficult to sleep. I would not go back there again.

Arguably the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had? I was up from 11pm until 4am because two kids were screaming and crying the entire night and the staff thought it okay to just let them continue that and give zero warnings to the families. In addition to the fact that someone was slamming a bouncing ball in another room off the ceiling and onto the wall and floor for the entire night as well. I think I actually did hear their door get knocked on and after being told to stop, they waited 30 seconds and continued for 3 more hours. I hope to never find myself at this hotel again in my life, and you’re smart you’d hope the same.

I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel. The pool was dirty, and there was food scattered around the pool area that had not been cleaned up. The following morning at breakfast, I found a hair on the silverware, which was extremely unsanitary and unacceptable. These issues made me question the overall cleanliness of the property and negatively affected my stay.

I drove from Chicago to Pittsburgh in the middle of the night to arrive to find out the room I booked was given to another guest.

Nice gym

This is a fantastic value. Not perfect. Some annoying little things that tell you they aren’t quite there yet, but safe, spacious, convenient, quiet, and if you are staying here during the summer and decide to hang out by the outdoor pool…then you getting a bonafide resort feel experience for less than the cost of a Holiday Inn Express. If you aren’t super picky, you will be super happy

Everything about this particular hotel, home setting staff was very courteous, breakfast buffet was very delicious. Housekeeping stopped by to check to see if I needed any service. I was a two night stay. Front desk agents were very polite. Fitness center was clean pool area also well maintained.

At check-in I asked if there were any upgrades available and was told suites were sold out, which is fine. However, the room I was then assigned to was one right by the elevator and high traffic, when I had just explained to the front desk I was tired and flew in from a distance. Then, get in the room and there's dust everywhere, only 1 towel, and the room was also right by the courtyard, so I would have been getting noise from all ends. So being assigned that room was front desk being ignorant or spiteful. After complaining I was moved to a corner room on a higher floor where it was quiet, however the toilet would run each time it was flushed, causing me to remove the top and fix the chain each time it was used. Finally, the smart TV kept crashing while I was watching the Netflix and YouTube. I reset the TV twice in hopes that would solve the issue and after the second time, it did. This was truly the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel. Very disappointed to the point I never want to stay at ANY Hilton property again. I would rather spend my money where my money is valued and where I can be truly comfortable.

Room and property clean. Zero housekeeping in 3 nights. Staff acts like you are inconvenience to them.

We’ve been coming for years and the standards have remained high. Everything was perfect, once again.

We had an issue with our room at check in that prohibited us from staying in there. The front desk staff was very accommodating and rectified the situation even though the hotel was completely booked. Marina at the front desk, checked in with me every time I saw her to make sure the rest of our stay was without issue. Shoutout to Marina and Vanice for their exceptional customer service!

That truly wad pur only issue!
