This place was great! Super clean. Helpful staff! I could drive up to the floor where my room was. Facility was super clean. On-site restaurants were nice. The room was clean. No issues. It was great. I would definitely stay again

The hotel was very full. The coffee maker did not work in our room. The toilet was not working well. There were not enough carts for a hotel this big. One of the mornings a terrible repetitive sound started around 6:00 am. We called the front desk at 6:45 to report it and were told that it was because people were waking up and starting to use the elevator. We had not heard the noise prior to 6:00 am and that maintenance did not start until 7:30. We explained that it sounded like an elevator was stuck on one of the floors and the doors were trying to open and close. The front desk did not send anyone to check on it.

The noise from the pool at night was so loud. Do not agree to a room anywhere facing the interior poolside. One suggestion would be complimentary coffee in the lobby. The cookie at check-in was delicious.

Rooms around the pool area can be very noisy. Windows allow too much noise into the room. No courtesy coffee bar. Very disappointing.

The room was clean, air conditioning worked well, hot water got nice and hot quickly, and staff were super friendly. My only somewhat complaint is that the room I was in had the adjoining door to the room next door and I could hear the people in pretty well. Mostly it was because they had kids that were yelling and screaming so maybe it’s not completely the adjoining door’s fault… Luckily the noise from the AC and it’s circulating fan was enough I could tune it out so I could sleep without having to call the front desk to complain. I would definitely return.

My family and I had such a wonderful experience at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. The entire hotel was well-maintained and made us feel right at home. We truly enjoyed our time in Pittsburgh and had such a positive experience here. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!
