Great room comfortable bed and friendly helpful staff only issue was thermostat keeped resetting to 80 degrees Fahrenheit so room was hot everytime I came back to it

Also the shower had zero pressure I get they don’t want to put in good shower heads but come on for the price of the room you can give people way better shower heads Other that that it was a great place to stay

Bathroom was very small and two of the bottles in the shower were not even attached to the wall. Other than that the hotel was awesome!!

Great staff, clean rooms, property is well maintained. Great place to stay for a family with indoor/outdoor pool and breakfast buffet.

The cookies and the pillows were amazing. But I would suggest a little part of the bistro Carry toiletries like toothbrushes or things that you might forget. Or make them available at the desk.

Room looked clean but the base of the standing lamp behind the sofa was disgustfully filthy that questions about the rest, it does not look like it was cleaned for some time

The front desk staff was extremely helpful and kind. The lady making the omelettes had a gift for making them but was not the friendliest. The pool was beautiful but the water was very mucky and needed a good cleaning. Same with the whirlpool. They did seem better on Monday but over the weekend the same eyelashes and Band-Aids were laying by the pool day after day. Our room was spacious. We had an issue with the air conditioner, not working, but we’re able to get a hold of somebody to correct that.

Cafe was great, ate breakfast there. Bar was good. Not enough handicap spaces.

A hotel sign should be put at the main road, or people may have hard time finding the hotel.

We loved the delicious warm cookie we received when we checked in. We had issues with a very noisy AC and the TV kept cutting out, but after a phone call to the front desk, the maintenance man was knocking at our door in less than 10 minutes and he took care of both issues. He was very pleasant. It was great to have two eating establishments in the hotel to choose from for an evening meal so that we didn't need to leave the hotel. Can't think of a single issue we had.

Property was great overall and staff were helpful

I would rate it higher, overall, except there were multitudes of kids from sports (baseball) teams there that were not well-behaved and making an overall mess of the place. The gym at one point was overrun by kids in wet bathing suits, free-dropping weights and misusing the equipment- not a single adult in there. I let the front desk know, and they responded and were respectful- but its a shame it even got to that point. The parents should have supervised their kids better, and the hotel should have taken action sooner, before a Hilton HHonors Silver member had to lodge a complaint- up-to and including forcing the to leave if need be.

That there was a refrigerator in the room like I wanted... The beds were 2 double beds instead of 2 queen size beds that I reserved

We had a very pleasant stay. The wait staff and the cook at breakfast were very friendly and courteous. Kudos John and Jaliese. We will be back whenever we come to Pittsburgh!
