Great place for solo travelers. The rooms are clean. Love that they offer complimentary breakfast and free parking.

But the hotel needs major upkeep. However, the basic cleanliness is still good. Great value for money.

Our room was spotless, and breakfast was good.

The staff were helpful after arriving in my room and finding it wasn’t clean. I was upgraded for the inconvenience, which was greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, overall the hotel is in need of deep cleaning and updating. Surfaces were cleaned well but no attention to corners, baseboards, sofa bed etc. Hotel lactation was convenient for our stay.

Excellent breakfast that was available from 6:30 to 9:30 each morning. Very nice lobby.

Breakfast was good, staff we didnt really interact with to much but they were fine, gym was nice. The elevators were a little outdated. At one point the door didnt want to open we thought we were going to be stuck. Our door handle to our room was very difficult to open, it worked but was difficult. The pictures I was showed when booking showed a kitchenette and we did not have a room that had that, which was fine we made it work, wasnt a huge deal, but was something we had planned on having and didnt. No terrible experiences, it worked well for what we needed it for.

There were some fast food options about a half a mile away and the staff was very nice. There were crumbs left on our floor and you could tell they did clean the salt and pepper after taking the back at breakfast cause there was dry ketchup on ours.

Could have done better on the cleaning!

The hotel itself was nice. The staff overall were nice. The 1st night, I slipped out of the tub falling to the ground hurting myself. The tub was super slippery & the shower curtain had extra material in the middle which I didn't see. I was told that that had been re done. I sent an incident report like I was asked. The manager said she would accommodate the 1st night. I haven't heard from anyone. And my back still hurts

The breakfast had a lot of variety. The staff was welcoming. The rooms were spacious and clean. Great price compared to nearby hotels. Great location! If I am ever back in the area this is my number 1 choice. I honestly have zero complaints
