The front desk gentleman was very helpful in accommodating me by giving me an accessible room. The room was a little smelly. The hand soap dispenser by the sink was empty.

Great place to stay. Very nice hotel. Enjoyed having a place to eat right next door as soon as you walked out the door.

Excellent location minutes from downtown and train station… Alcove Restaurant/Bar next door closes too early…. 9:00pm??? Could easily profit from staying open longer…

location so dirty , I requested cleaning no one clean the room for 4 days . I can not believe this . I do not recommend it at all

First of all the parking was great, self-parking. Enjoyable stay, room was clean, spacious, beds were cleaned and comfortable (I had double beds). There was a nice sized fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The room was well stocked with toiletries. Location close to any, most major events, stores and downtown Pittsburgh. We had a very peaceful, quiet restful night. Breakfast was great and plenty for their guests. The staff were friendly, very polite and helpful. If you are looking for a homey hotel to rest your head for the night, I recommend and will be booking this hotel again, the Holiday Inn Hotel and Suite West Greentree Pittsburgh, IGH

The breakfast was excellent. No housekeeping or trash pickup in a 3 night-stay. Suite was not worth paying for: it had bare minimum as far as equipment, and view was onto the large outdoor AC units on the roof below. Shower had mildew. Pool was not super well maintained. One of the elevators failed with doors mid-opened while riding down.
