The room was squeaky clean and beautiful. There was plenty of room, air conditioning worked great and the room was updated. The hotel is attached to the casino, we didn’t have to go outside for access. Far exceeded our expectations. The mattress could have been a little more comfortable.

Perfect location. The room service was great. And the staff was incredibly friendly! It was a bit pricey, but with all things considered, we'd do it again!

No coffee maker or microwave in room.

The only downside is that the entrance by the valet meant being hit with a strong smoke smell. While the hotel is smoke free at least once a guest down the hall was ignoring that.

The hotel was really clean and the beds were comfortable. We also noticed how good the views were as well as the location. I think parking is the one thing that needed some improvement. Otherwise it is great

Great Venue, friendly staff, clean rooms

The wife and I went here for the Pittsburgh Steelers/Bengals game. We stayed two nights the staff was great the breakfast not so great food was cold not much of a choice. We had to sit outside in the cold because there’s not enough room in the breakfast lounge area if there’s a big event going on or the hotel is fully occupied nice view, but the windows were dirty The ceiling vent in the bathroom was dirty. The bathrooms, however, are really nice and big and size the drains were partially clogged water went down very slowly. The executive suite upgrade is not that much of an upgrade. There’s a small island with a very small couch basically in the front of the bed partitioning the room.The couch is very hard. The beds are hard and lumpy pillows extremely thick. The visit did what it was supposed to do very close to the game actress Stadium. There is no microwave to heat up food no coffee pot inside the room no light in the refrigerator. They have designed it so that all food must be purchased out that’s the bottom line but if you can’t eat it all, even if you will go to the casino, which is attached and purchase food because the hotel itself has nothing other than breakfast they do have a snack bar but those candy bars start at four dollars each for a normal size small be prepared to spend money at the casino for food is a large pretzel itself is around $14.00 With a $5.00 tip the pretzel was $20.00. Room is designed to maximize money for hotel & casino not luxury ! For Guest
