Wyndham Grand Pittsburgh Downtown

The room was clean and exactly as described. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Only negative was the hallway carpet. It was a good stay and the view from our room was very good.

Nice not cheap with family little cafe not enough help. They tried!

We loved that the hotel collaborated with Anthrocon and offered a shuttle. That was the biggest selling point of all. The furniture was lovely and I liked it better than most hotels. Most of the staff was helpful.

But the hotel itself needs some TLC. Our room was humid and the bathroom door locks were completely missing. I didnt hate my stay, but won't return to the Wyndham until major fixes are done.

Clean. Good location for Pirates games

The room was nice, clean. Excellent city view. The bathroom could use an update. Staff was kind and helpful and the valet parking service was great.

From the valet to the front desk to the maintenance worker (remote batteries needed replaced) everyone was kind and helpful!! 10/10 stay!

We were there during a busy time but the lobby elevator was superr slow and we walked all around trying to find the stairs. We walked up a floor and were told we shouldn’t be using those elevators. Our room was clean, except the shower had mold in it and we didn’t have any soap/bodywash in the shower - just a tiny travel size to share. The beds were comfy and it’s in a good location. Staff was friendly.

We only stayed here for one night for a concert in town. The staff were very nice and helpful. We had no issues with our room. Everything was clean and met our expectations.

Didnt try restaurant for breakfast. Bar was great for dinner and drink

Great stay! Hotels a little dated but overall solid.

Room had a musty smell to it and the pull out bed was broken and wouldn’t pull out. No extra blankets or sheets for the couch. Usually not a big deal but we needed the extra bed but had to resort to sleeping on the leather couch rather than the pullout bed.

Close to the baseball stadium Staff wasn’t not very friendly. We had a pull out bed and no sheets, blankets or pillows in the closet. We had to wait an hour and a half for blankets.

No maid service so Saturday morning called the front desk for clean towels and trash to be emptied, Returned to my at 7 that evening no clean towels trash still full. Called front desk again at 7 that evening and never received towels or trash emptied.

Only had one shower door (instead of two) so had to lay towels on the floor when showering

Wished I had time to use more of the amenities, but it was a wonderful stay as usual here!

Good hotel

The bathroom door lock was broken. The door itself has glass panes like a shower door that aren’t 100% see through you can see through them. The mirror on the wall of the room placement is if you’re standing up by the far bed you can see in the bathroom. Odd design choices. Would still go back
