Just the location I didn’t, rooms horrible, there was very poor cleanest and the rooms are small, not like the pics, the bathroom door doesn’t work the toilet wasn’t work too and the worst is the clean service is only every 3 days and nobody advice me about it.

Location Very small bar! Service rooms if you stay at least 3 days. Ha

Knowledgeable staff! Conversational and friendly staff! Clean property! Definitely booking again next year. Amanda, the bartender, was phenomenal and Damion the concierge was great

The place is clean and smells good all the time, also it’s is very well located!

They do not service the rooms daily; the in-room telephone didn't reach the front desk: phone rang and rang and rang. It is old building that's clearly a liability, with failing elevators, and paper thin walls so you can hear the phone conversations of neighbors on either side.

Should have upgraded to higher River View floor. 4th floor view was top of roof and trees. Room itself was very nice. As well as Staff.

For the price of the room it was very basic. The view from the room was great for a Steelers fan. There was not enough soaps, towels, wash cloths etc. In the room for 2people staying 2 nights. The location of the hotel was great for sports venues and food choices.

My wife left two articles of clothing in the closet of our room. We contacted the hotel, completed their lost items report and waited for a response. Still no official response from the head of housekeeping two weeks later. I have left two messages, spoke to an assistant, who said we’d be called, and nothing. Someone got two nice jackets due to negligence or worse!

The location is great, walkable to stadiums and dining. Staff is friendly and helpful. Air conditioner was not working at first, but fixed quickly. Nearly $600 a night, as we stayed the weekend for a Steelers game, high demand time. Hotel needs some updating, but overall satisfied with stay. Breakfast and bar on site

The Location was great..... The Staff was very friendly...... The views from the room were nice...... A total remodel of this property is needed. These rooms are very old, outdated and in poor repair. The sound proofing between rooms is not good, and the hotel houses students, which are extremely noisy, requiring the hotel to move our room. The bar is small and uninviting. I'm sure that 30 years ago, this was a wonderful hotel. Not now. At over $300 per night and $42 per day to park, it is not a good value. We expected a much better hotel.

The location was great for attending the Steelers game and being so close to Fort Pitt park and Market Square. The first room they gave us was not only incredibly small but had no windows because the window in the room was blocked by an outdoor wall with a staircase right outside our window.

There's no microwave in the room. Can't warm any food in the room

The room was smaller than expected but it was sufficient for the two of us. The bathroom was small as well. It was clean and we were happy we stayed here. The view was fabulous. There is no house keeping while staying so we bought our own K-cup for coffee. We would stay here again.
