Seamless check in process, the room was clean and well kept and the hotel in general was very quiet. The front desk staff were extremely polite and helpful.

The staff was very kind and helpful. They were set up for cyclists, with bike storage and helpful information. Great doe a family to stay and walkable to local attractions and restaurants.

Overall an excellent place to stay. Staff were helpful, everything was nice and clean, location is wonderful, and the VIEW! Spectacular. We were on the river/point side but I imagine the city view is probably pretty good too. Anyway, a wonderful place. Yes, some of the furnishings are worn. But that's as much criticism as I can give. Would definitely stay here again.

We were very impressed at how beautiful the property was. Large, clean, attractive and convenient. Our room was very nice however, in the morning we discovered there was a lightbulb in the bathroom, which made it a little bit dim to see. Also, the shower glass door had soap scum on it. Discovered that the chain inside the tank of the toilet was broken and would not flush properly. During the night, the guests in the room next to us became very loud and were not quiet down. By 2 AM we called security who came up and spoke with them. An hour later it was very same. People started raising their voices again extremely loudly. Made for a very unpleasant evening for us. At 6 o'clock in the morning, they started playing music in their room very loud as well. This is not the fault of the hotel however we lost a good night sleepover.

Room was a bit outdated and needing minor repairs, but overall good stay.

The hotel was well placed. We had a good view of the river. The room itself could use some TLC there was a big chip in the bath enamel and the grouting was not too clean. Lots of chips in the woodwork. We had to call down for tea and coffee supplies. Dinner was okay but no coffee was available. Valets were polite and efficient. Overall good stay. Would probably consider staying there again.

Excellent room and hotel location in the city

Very clean and comfortable room with an amazing view of the Rivers and Point Park. The gym was fully equipped. The pool was smaller than expected and not good for laps. Location is walkable to restaurants and shops.
