Awesome location in the heart of downtown! Tons of good bars and restaurants within walking distance. Ballpark is a 10 min walk!

The entire stay was very pleasant and the accommodations were great.

Clean, great location, but very noisy AC unit and staff was not very nice.

The location was great! There was so much that was walkable! It was very convenient to park in the parking garage! We had a great time at the Pirates game and enjoyed the restaurants in the area.

They are friendly and helpful. Though it is downtown and parking is an issue you can park at a garage. You can pay extra for in and out privileges. The rooms are nice and well taken care of.

Tried to put me in a room I didn’t request. One person handling all of check in at high traffic time

1. Only one person checking in arrivals at 4:00 PM on a day of a Home Pirate Baseball game. 2. Only one bartender handling dinner and bar service. 3. Only one of the two elevators in the lobby was operational. from some time after 4:00PM Saturday through 9:30 AM Sunday when we checked out. It was a good spot if attending an event at PNC as the walk was only 15 minutes.

This hotel was a great find at a somewhat reasonable price in the heart of downtown Pittsburgh. It is immediately adjacent to Market Square with a wealth of restaurants and just a short walk to the point. While staying there we left our car in the garage next store (which was a little pricey), and happily walked to all of our destinations, including a baseball game, a trip up the Mon Incline and a scavenger hunt for famous downtown buildings. Our room was large, clean, quiet and comfortable. We were disappointed that there was not a complimentary breakfast, but convenient locations were, again, just a short walk away. When attending future events in downtown Pittsburgh we will certainly consider staying here again.

We enjoyed our stay while in town for some baseball games. PNC Park was an easy walk (although when asking for directions, the front desk staff member told us to take the train; glad we got another opinion first because it was a one mile walk). It was also easy to walk to restaurants, bars and the Point. Parking was expensive, but convenient to access. The adjacent restaurant was nice for that end of day drink.

It was so amazing to have a parking spot downtown that was easy to get to. It made our trip very convenient to be able to park one some walk everywhere. The location is amazing. Our room was spotless and very comfortable.
