Aging room, no daily housekeeping

Lori at the front desk was amazing. We are doing a family trip with an oversized van. She was able to ensure that the open lot (not covered garage) we had to park in would not tow us. She did that with our requesting. Definitely above and beyond service from Lori.

This is our go to hotel when we are in Pittsburgh. The parking garage is so helpful and the location is prime. Bonus points for the coffee availability in the lobby each morning.

Location is excellent - right next to Market Square - short walk to Point Park, river walk, stadiums, etc. Revel is a very good restaurant and bar too.

Easy to get to events in the city Clean rooms

Convenient location in a nice area of the city. Rooms themselves seemed clean and relatively updated. The lobby furniture was incredibly gross - stained and filthy couches and furniture. Since that is the first thing you see upon arrival, it concerned us. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly.

The USB ports in our room did not work. Air conditioner was very loud and banged several times during the nite, waking us up. Valet parking was not available as advertised. Parking ramp did not give us a ticket when we parked, so we were charged the maximum amount of $50 for 9 hours of parking. We were also charged $50 when we checked into the hotel for "incidentals" which we were told would be reversed. However, as of this morning, the charge is still showing on my credit card. Not very impressed.

My husband and I stay here alot when we come to the city. Staff is always very friendly and the rooms are always very clean. Its also a very convenient place to stay and walk to many places in the city.

Everything about the hotel and were excellent. A little disappointed about having to pay for parking while staying there.

I like how close it is to my office. The staff that attended to me when I checked in that night is friendly and accommodating. I can’t say the same for the day staffs. Once you are luck enough to meet the nice and friendly ones , your stay goes much better.

It was good

My room was not ready. I was given key and it was filthy. I went to ask for help and was told it was busy. I sat in lobby for 4 hours and found a cleaning lady who went and cleaned room. Im sure it was isolated. Never had trouble like this before. But it was bad

Hotel staff was courteous, friendly and prompt with the check-in and check-out processes. Hotel and room were very clean. Parking was easy to access.

We found the staff was not as pleasant as we would expect. There was not much of a review of amenities and we had ask lots of questions. The night was extremely noisy we an all night party going on in the rooms around us and street.
