The views

Very clean hotel and rooms, excellent location in downtown Pittsburgh. We went to see a Steelers game from southern Ontario and really enjoyed our stay at the Fairmont Pittsburgh. Really appreciated the quiet rooms and the amenities that were available. Our rooms came with a $30 credit person for breakfast which was excellent at the Fl 2 restaurant. Would highly recommend and would stay again on our next trip to Pittsburgh!

The Kimpton Hotel Monaco up the street is exponentially better.

The only bar on property was closed for a private party. They served us a round of drinks, but we were quickly asked to take drinks back to our room. That was understandable, but annoying. The room was lovely. Service friendly. Location excellent. Great gym.

It was very clean, staff was exceptional, extremely nice, knowledgeable about the area and made our stay wonderful! Nothing, everything was great

Property is very nice. Front desk check in was professional. My biggest issue is that I booked a river view room and my room was at the very far end of the building on one of the bottom floors for rooms so it really had no view at all other than office buildings next door. Because the room was on a lower level the river and stadium were blocked by trees. That room should not have been listed as river view.

The hotel was clean, modern, friendly and situated in an ideal location overlooking the river . That you had to ask and collect free drinking water from the front desk .

The hotel is located right next to the bus station so outside there are lots of people hanging out. God location but that was a negative.
