Great hotel, perfect location and a good restaurant

Parking sucks and expensive

Great stay

Location I asked for a vending machine. There are none. The desk attendant said to go to Starbucks in the lobby. Clearly he saw it was closed. Was I supposed to stand there till 6am for a snack? It was 7pm. He advised me to go to CVS. Again closed. I found a 7-11 around the corner and they had just gotten held up at gunpoint. I was not involved but man. That’s a story to tell.

Single night stay, easy parking and all-around pleasant experience. Will stay there again.

We had a fabulous time. The hotel staff were very pleasant and seemed very happy to be there. Our room was crisp and clean along with the bathroom. The bar and restaurant is beautifully decorated, well stocked bar and good food. The grounds were well maintained. We will definitely be back next year, we highly recommend a stay here!

We enjoyed our stay! The room was great and all staff were very helpful!!

Unfortunately, after finding visible stains on both beds and noticing a strong marijuana smell coming from one of the drawers, we no longer felt comfortable staying. We were traveling with our toddler, and for us, it wasn’t something we were willing to overlook. We had already driven 4.5 hours to get there, and ultimately had to drive all the way back after deciding to leave. We were given a full refund, which we appreciated. My issue isn’t with the staff it’s that the room should have been thoroughly cleaned and inspected before guests checked in. Especially since this hotel is deemed a luxury property. I hope management addresses these issues so future guests, especially families, have a better experience.

Exceptional

The staff was excellent, Joshua treated us like he'd known us his whole life. The view was amazing and the location was superb. Everything was within a short stroll from the front door, from restaurants, entertainment, and PNC Park. We will definitely book again when back in Pittsburgh. Not one thing to complain about.
