    Family friendly

Very clean. Very chic. Only trouble we had were the lights over the nightstands wouldn’t turn off, and the shower door wouldn’t stay closed because the door was hung slightly off

The room itself was incredible... huge, very modern, and exceptionally clean. Having a full-sized kitchen, a massive bathroom, a remarkably comfortable bed, and an in-room washer and dryer made it feel more like a luxury apartment than a standard hotel room. The building amenities are also top-notch; the common room is massive, and the rooftop basketball court is a really unique, awesome touch. The only quirky drawback was the window shades. Our room had four beautiful floor-to-ceiling windows, but two of the shades were stuck open and two were stuck closed with no way for us to adjust them. When we asked the front desk, they explained that altering the light would require staff to come up and manually apply a window tint—a 45-minute process—which seemed pretty bizarre to us. Also strange that this was not mentioned during checkout. That being said, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful otherwise. Definitely recommend if it fits your price range!

This hotel exceeded our expectations. It's an apartment with everything you need, stylish furniture, and amazing views from the penthouse floor.

Our initial room wasn’t cleaned thoroughly when we arrived so we were upgraded to a beautiful penthouse suite. The staff was welcoming, accommodating, and incredibly friendly. Would definitely stay again. My one suggestion would be to keep an eye on the cleanliness of the 12th floor. It could’ve used some tidying up and vacuuming.

Nice property, great room, great view, great location. Only negative was the air conditioning. Loud to the point it woke me up every time that it turned on.

We had a really nice stay

This is a very nice corporate apartment, in city center. The building has an amazing game room and gym, and you are next to many dining options within PPG Plaza.

The location is that and rooms are spacious. Unfortunately the room was not very clean which was disappointing. Hairs all over the bathroom. Stains on the floor. Trash leftover from previous guest. Fridge dirty. Overall it was very disappointing that the room was as not cleaned well at all

Love this place and stay often

Your property is beautiful, and I truly enjoyed my stay. The apartment is spacious, modern, and comfortable, and the social/game room was a great bonus. With that said, I did run into a few issues during my stay. The frameless double sliding shower door appears to be out of level, so it constantly slides to one side while showering. The bathroom tissue holder was also loose and appears to have been installed improperly. On the second night, around 1:00 a.m., the carbon monoxide alarms began beeping. Since there isn't a phone to reach the front desk, I walked over to report it. I was told to remove the batteries because there was nothing else staff could do. Unfortunately, with a 12-foot ceiling and me standing at 4'10", that wasn't exactly an option. :-) I also wasn't comfortable disabling a safety device myself, since I believe that should be handled by the property's staff or maintenance team. Since I was checking out the next morning and wasn't offered another apartment, I didn't want to make a fuss, so I was grateful for my overpacking habit, I had earplugs! In the end, I could only laugh at the combination of the self-closing shower door and the suggestion to remove batteries from an alarm I couldn't possibly reach. Despite these issues, I had a great stay. With a few maintenance fixes, this property would be outstanding. I hope this feedback is helpful for future guests.

Staff was very understanding despite Expedia misbooking the studio suite and bedroom suite. Apparently, Expedia needs to clarify this for bookings. Central location in downtown Pittsburgh, adjacent to the State Park and Market Square. About $15-$20 Uber/Lyfts to neighboring spots like the Strip, Oakland, and Lawrenceville. Somewhat walkable downtown but not many street level shops. A few city bike rental stops run through PBSC, though not very many across the city. Okay food scene, coming from SF/NYC.

Huge room, well maintained, friendly staff.

Always excellent. We stay here most of the time we come to Pittsburgh. You essentially get an apartment for the price of a hotel room. Always clean. Close to plenty of restaurants.

The room was bigger and more beautiful than the pictures. The views were amazing.

Terrific facility which has apartments for rent as well as apartments used as hotel rooms. Ours was a 1 bedroom and it was huge. Big living room, full kitchen and the best surprise was a washer and dryer!! As we were on a 3 week car trip that was a huge plus! Fellow at front desk was great. You also have access to rec room that has foosball and pool tables.

This is amazing for a longer stay. It’s so spacious and makes you feel like you’re at home. Spacious living room; full kitchen; laundry; comfortable bed; and huge modern bathroom. My only critique would be the cleanliness of the shower walls (grout in between the tiles needs some cleaning) - but that’s just me :)

Beautiful facility … loft style exec apartments. Beats the Fairmount and offers great access to Market Square, PNC Park. Good value for the quality.
