The room was absolutely amazing. Two bedrooms and a large common area in a full apartment environment was exactly what our family needed. The Etage gym access is an amazing amenity; I was able to work out, sauna, and get an aqua massage chair session all downstairs. The business floor with conference room was an unexpected plus for some Zoom calls I needed to take. Staff went out of their way to be helpful on the few requests that we had.

This was like an apartment which had everything you need. It was very clean, the bathroom was huge with an awesome ceramic tile/glass door shower. It just needed better lighting. We didn't use the kitchen or laundry, but would be great for an extended stay. The only negative was that the sofa bed did not have linens; we asked for some and they only had two fitted sheets, no blanket or cover sheet. I would still recommend this hotel.

Parking and check in were a breeze. The rooms are spacious and clean. We didn’t have the time to use the amenities, but they are plentiful! We forgot something in our room after checkout and the staff was very helpful with getting us back in the room to retrieve it. And the location is great!

When we arrived at our room, we were extremely surprised by the size and uniqueness of the room. It was beyond what we had expected. It was basically huge in every way possible. Unfortunately, there were a few issues we came upon, The bathroom sink drained quite slowly. The air vents in the bathroom were covered with dust/dirt. The Wi-Fi provided was quite bad. It constantly dropped. Also, the person at the front desk told us our room was on the 4th floor although he wrote 1014 on the envelope with the room keys. We got to 4th floor in elevator and found it to be a garage level. He also neglected to provide us withe Wi-Fi password. Had to go back down later to get it from next front desk person who told me other guy should have informed you. Other than these issues, our stay was super.

One of it not the filthiest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Caked on dust on the headboard, and all over the rooms. Sticky floors. The vents had what looked like either thick black dust or even black mold in them. The cleaning staff literally had to ignore these things on purpose because they are just so obvious. When I told the front desk staff they were pretty useless. They said they would comp my parking and that was it. I had originally booked for two nights, but we left after the first night and drove with three young children in the middle of the night just to not have to stay there again. Don’t even get me started about the shady characters that were staying in the hotel and up to no good. I’ll leave it at that but it’s not anything I would want to be around or have my kids see. The amenities were pretty useless. The ping-pong table had no paddles. They said that people kept taking them so they didn’t have them for me to use. The basketball court on the roof looked very cool but both times we went up there there was something going on. Once was some kind of a fair or event. The next time was people playing tennis. And let’s not forget about the constant noise that made it impossible to sleep. Overall the place was beat to heck. Whoever owns it, put a fortune into trying to make it nice, and then forgot about the service and maintenance aspect after that. What a shame. Definitely would not recommend this hotel and wish I could get my money back.

this hotel was OK. We were only there two nights didn’t know they had any amenities so that’s . We went to the restaurant out the door. A lot of restaurants around the area.

We enjoyed our stay at the Etage. The studio suite was as pictured, and was very spacious. Both staff members during check in and check out were very helpful. Only negative was that our room wasn’t the cleanest. We found pieces of weed in one of our drawers in the kitchen area. Besides that, it was a good stay!

Side Note: The Xfinity TV is very glitchy and we weren't provided Wi-Fi information at check in but we have hundreds of gigs of data on our phones so didn't need it, but it would have been nice to mirror our phones to the TV. Oh, and in/out parking is a pain since every time you want to leave you need to go down to the front desk, validate the ticket then go up to the parking and exit. You then need to discard that ticket and get a new ticket when you come back and the cycle starts over and over again. Can't they just give a "special" ticket for guests that they keep for their stay for in/out?

We were in awe with how beautiful the property was. We were not expecting it to be that wonderful for only 300!
-
Spacious, clean, and all the amenities required for a multi-day stay at an affordable price.

Staff were excellent and the room was very clean. The rooftop basketball court was a lot of fun. There were issues with not being able to turn off lights in the bedroom which meant that we needed to unscrew the lightbulbs to be able to sleep.

The room was super clean !

The hotel was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The breathtaking view when you walk in and the amount of space felt amazing. When walking in the room was very clean and ready for us. At night going to the roof top to see the whole city from the top was amazing as well. 10/10 recommend

Our only criticisms are this - Parking situation was not very clearly explained so we didn’t know how the validation process worked. There were no extra costs because of this but we wish there was maybe more clarification or written instructions when doing parking through the hotel. Etage is so nice that we were sure they were just renting out rooms and people actually lived there. However, it is a hotel through and through and guests have to pay long term fees to stay longer. So, I did not understand why there was no housekeeping or a breakfast buffet for guests like most hotels do. It would be nice to incorporate those. Lastly, we were unable any streaming services or access screen mirroring on the TVs. Wish this could be changed. Overall, amazing stay will come back.

Really enjoyed my stay at Etage. Staff was great, room was awesome and rooftop was a bonus.
-
We loved our studio. It was very clean, spacious and comfortable and had great views of the city. The property was close to everything we wanted to see/do.
-
Great location, tremendous fitness facility and convenient parking. Had to adjust to the tinted windows instead of blinds. Had to keep the bedroom door open to get AC in there.
-
Nice sized rooms. Location (aside from entrance/exit door location) Entrance location (Bus stop right outside door) Rooms had some issues with broken shades, toilets not properly flushing, Dirty pot holders left on counter and a few dirty utensils.
