During arrival, the valet staff and the initial Front Desk staff was amazing. We did have to wait for our room a little bit, but they held our bags and they were able to give us suggestions to go places. The issue started once we checked into the room we walked into our suite which we paid $800 a night for and the suite was hot. The sweet AC was not working. I contacted the Front Desk and the only thing they said was they will send maintenance up right away now the maintenance guy was amazing. He did everything he could in his power to get the AC on he was the one who asked if we wanted to change rooms and went downstairs to see if they had a room available. Once he came back, he realized that they didn’t have a room available and he started to fix the AC at this time we decided to go to dinner and he told us once he get once we get back that the AC should be fixed. We got back to the hotel around 9 PM and it was 92° in the room. I called down to the front desk and they informed me that the hotel was sold out and they did not have any more sweets for the night, so I decided to go to sleep because it was too hot in the room to do anything else. In the morning I contacted the Front Desk to complain again because it was 95° in a room and I was sweating. And the only thing the Front Desk Staff said was are you checking out tonight? I informed them yes and they told me thank you. I normally don’t complain but at $800 a night I feel the service should’ve been a little bit better.

Location Found wet towel jammed in the couch when we arrived, the dining room was very dirty and aged, not enough staff to clean tables, we had to eat at a dirty table with at least 15 open tables not yet cleaned

Suit style Location
-
Had a higher end suite with multiple rooms and 2 king size beds for close to $600 per night. Renovations were obviously being done, but management still has not contacted us about why we were given this room. Additionally, the couch was in such poor structural condition, I would not let my husband sit on it for fear he would have difficulty getting up. Ventilation system very loud. Elevators extremely slow.

Staff gave us another key card for another room and that key did not work. Staff said the door lock must be dead so the maintenance man changed out the lock batteries and our card still did not work. The maintenance man got us a new card and fixed the issue.

Staff were helpful. Breakfast was very good and thoughtful. The fact that the hotel didn’t have a parking was inconvenient.

Lugar muy inseguro, la persona q nos atendió, estaba más preocupada por el TV que en atendernos, no sabía si nuestra habitación estaba lista, la nevera para comprar bebidas solo tenía 6 sodas
