My wife and I were in town for our anniversary and our stay at the Omni Hotel was very pleasant. Staff was very friendly and helpful with directions and best ways to get around town. We stopped by the tavern to get a quick bite one late afternoon and the waitress did not only provide great service but was extremely knowledgeable about the history of Pittsburgh and the Omni hotel… oh yeah and the food was good as well :) We would definitely recommend the hotel as it is not too expensive and near many attractions. Well worth the stay!

The architect was amazing & the staff was exceptionally polite and friendly. Although very expensive, the food in the restaurants was delicious. The toliets in the room are very low. I have arthritis in both knees and found it difficult to sit.

The room and the hotel were very clean and the environment was lovely. While we only encountered a few staff members, all were pleasant and helpful! Would most definitely stay again!

The hotel was beautiful, but the experience was lackluster. Had a very confusing and frustrating conversation with the valets when I first arrived — the staff the rest of the time was helpful and friendly. Our room was clean, but the shower backed up and our bed was missing a pillow and a fitted sheet. I booked the Omni for a more romantic, historic experience for my husband and me, but I’ve had more straightforward and accommodating stays at the standard business hotels.

Our rooms were very clean and beautiful. Loved the decorative touch of the crown molding in the sleeping rooms. The staff were incredible - from the Valet and Bellman to the restaurant servers ... Haris in the restaurant is a MUST request. He is exceptionally friendly and attentive and made our meals more of an experience. Highly recommend and will be returning!
