Good breakfast, but overpriced, in my opinion. Both nightstands were not wiped down from previous guests’ use. The sofa bed is very uncomfortable. A very poor mattress.

Nice location, breakfast was good. Tv didn't work in the room. Called the desk, they couldn't fix it.

Room was large, bed comfortable, and tub wall had grab handles to aid in getting over the high tub sides. The rate and parking were pricey but the hotel is where I needed to be, and staffers -- at front desk and parking valets -- were friendly and helpful.

Dirty hallways, small bathroom, the view out the window was the parking garage next door (ugh), and the tool was up 5 floors and over and downs staircase(?) very strange. Dimly lit hallways and breakfast not included(?) I will not stay here again.

Nice Location next to conference center in a 1way road with nice terraces and cafe/restaurants. Airco’s a bit too noisy.

My favorite place to stay when we arwon Pittsburgh whether a game or concert. The staff always so kind and smiling. Great customer service and I cant say enough about the valet service. I recommend this place !!!!
