Great location, especially for PNC Park and the Warhol Museum!
-
Room was clean and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff.
-
Beds were comfortable Noisy awoken at 3am to loud cars revving and tires squealing and ppl yelling
-
Fantastic location with restaurants across the street. Very walkable city!

The staff and room was amazing

Breakfast quality and responsiveness was wonderful Our room looked onto a third floor external meeting area and the ceiling had large parts that were peeling with pieces of paint and what seemed to be small pieces of plaster hanging over us…it made the room and the hotel in general appear in need of some general upkeep. Also we could hear the boards under the carpet creek when walking…gave us the impression the hotel was in need of some modernization and upkeep.

I liked the location and convenience to the activities I had planned for that weekend. I was able to walk everywhere. The rooms were clean and spacious. I was able to work on my laptop with very good WIFI and that was wonderful. In addition, the front desk staff was very professional and friendly. There was a glitch with the key card system during my stay. It caused a problem on the last day with using your card that morning. I was happy the front desk accommodated us by allowing a 2 hour extension on our check out time.

Location is perfect, close to bars and restaurants. Staff was friendly and super helpful. Will stay there again Holel was perfect......what wasn't perfect was dealing with booking.com I will never book through them ever again and same with everyone in our group. Extremely dissatisfied with customer service.

Convenient location. Highly recommend the valet parking service especially if you're traveling with a lot of luggage. The front desk staff, cleaning staff and valet were extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The street this hotel is on has many food and beverage options to choose from. Once we valeted the car, we walked everywhere. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Nice hotel.

There was no free breakfast as advertised, very false information.

Helpful and friendly staff. Easy check in and rooms were clean!

Severe Room Filth & Mold: The bathroom tub caulking was covered in mold, and there was a heavy accumulation of dirt, dust, and hair left in the corners of the main room. Physical Disrepair: The bathroom had broken and entirely missing molding, and the wallpaper was dirty and peeling away from the walls. Obstructed View: The windows for the "city view" we paid extra for were incredibly dirty, completely obscuring the view. Unbearable Noise: Disruptive noise from adjacent establishments went on well past 4:00 AM every single night, making it impossible to sleep.

Close to the restaurants and museums. Easy and navigable around the city and short walk to Painters Arena.

Location, clean, comfortable bed Staff at the front desk as checking in. Frustrating to be told to figure it out for myself. I paid booking.com in full. Front desk didn’t show and was trying to charge again. Good thing I asked why they needed my card. She just asked for my card didn’t say why. I was told it was on me to figure out the discrepancy. I had confirmation that amount paid in full the card I used and the date I paid. Was told to call booking.com by the manager I believe and have them call the front desk. Never introduced herself so not sure. Terrible customer service. Caused anxiety and embarrassment at the start of my trip. This could have been avoided by training staff how to handle this situation. I know mistakes happen but how it’s handled to fix makes all the difference in the world.

Staff had the best customer service I have probably ever had at a hotel stay. The location was perfect for our volleyball tournament, it made it easy to get to the venue. We just walked right over and restaurants were in walking distance since which made everything really convenient.

Would be nice if the towels and linens weren’t so old and worn. Okay if it were a mid-priced hotel but for $390 a night my hotel bedspread shouldn’t be dingy and the towels shouldn’t be crusty.
-
Great hotel. Good breakfast. Excellent location. 3 min walk to convention centre.

Clean room on 9th floor, very nice staff, and very well situated hotel. But room was very loud during the night. I was near the elevator and housekeeping room so maybe that’s why. I was still able to rest and still enjoyed my stay overall.
