Drury Plaza Hotel Pittsburgh Downtown

Perfect

Its location is in downtown. Closer to a lot of good places. Staff are very nice and helpful! We had free dinner when we checked in!

The Mediterranean Scrambled Eggs and fruit were a different and lovely surprise to the usual breakfast selection at most hotels. The room was clean, well maintained, well designed and decorated. Working television. Kind and helpful staff. And it’s in the old Federal Bank building downtown, so gorgeous old 1930s art deco.

The staff was exceedingly professional, polite and friendly. This location is nearer the artsy section of town -- and a short walk to the Roberto Clemente Bridge where you stroll across the Allegheny to the center field entrance of the baseball stadium and down to the river walk. Beautiful views of the city and the surroundings.

Me and my family loved it, we could walk to pnc park and the popcorn and soda was awesome

Clean and nice facility. Nice breakfast. Parking paid/valet in Greyhound parking lot. I found lot of road side empty spots which are free all weekend.

Terrific location, spacious rooms, exceptionally comfortable bed, very friendly and helpful staff. The bonus of free breakfast and the evening dinners from 5:30-7:30 provide good food at no additional cost! Meals were fresh and varied, very good. Free popcorn in the Lobby every afternoon, continuous beverages available -- we loved it all and will stay at this & other Drury Hotels in the future! Five Stars!

It was really cool that the hotel was in the refurbished Federal Reserve building. The architecture was amazing!

Great stay! Breakfast, dinner and drinks each day were a nice touch.

Beautiful building. Our room was clean and comfortable. No complaints. The front desk staff weren’t super helpful with our questions about maneuvering the city and recommendations, even though I was the only one at the desk did not seem like they wanted to take the time to fully help me. Very good breakfast though!

Great hotel , located at the downtown core of Pittsburgh.

The hotel kept some of the features from the old Reserved Bank. It did give a sort of gloomy feeling not much sunlight throughout the hotel. I did appreciate the free breakfast and light dinner daily.

The complimentary breakfast and dinner were very good and a welcomed alternative than searching for local restaurants. We stayed two nights and the room was somehow missed on their cleaning rotation. When alerted to this problem the staff responded very quickly bringing us clean towels and removing the dirty towels and trash. The parking valet system works very efficiently. No long wait for the car. Our stay at the Drury Hotel was very enjoyable. I’d stay there again.

Checkin was quick and front desk staff were very pleasant. The room was clean but everything appeared to need an update. Restaurant and breakfast were basic. I would stay here again due to the great location and outstanding staff.

Good location, suggest using the parking garage if you mind walking 2 blocks. Breakfast was great.
