Good location downtown and easy walk to the T to go to the stadium. There were a lot of breakfast options and the evening kickback is nice even just for a drink and a snack before heading out for the evening. Food isn’t amazing, but definitely above average for an included offering. Every staff member we encountered was super friendly and helpful from the eating area to the front desk to the valets. Property was clean and well maintained. We didn’t use the pool or exercise room, but checked them both out on our way to the rooftop deck and they both looked well maintained. Loved the rooftop deck to hang out with coffee for a bit after breakfast. The only small negative we encountered was the cushions on the deck weren’t in great shape, but the furniture was, so hopefully they replace on a regular basis. Very cool historical building with informational plaques. Make sure to head down to the lower level to see the Federal Reserve safe doors. Very cool! This was our first stay at a Drury and we will definitely actively look for them when traveling in the future. Great value!

Great customer service and clean place!!!

Hotel needs updating and the food at the restaurant needs significant improvement

From valet to check-in was super easy and fast. The staff was tremendous and so helpful no matter I needed help with. The breakfast was the BEST I have ever eaten at. Will stay there again for sure.

The kickback was great!

We traveled with small kids and the included breakfast and convenient access to dinner+a drink was perfect! The staff was so friendly and understanding. At one point my son got so excited he threw up his breakfast, we were so apologetic but the staff refused to let us clean up, insisting they’d take care of it—and they did. We tipped them later just to make ourselves feel better about the situation. Meals aside, the indoor pool and hot tub was a huge hit with the kids. The only downside was the valet was so busy during peak times that it was easier and faster to just park our car at the bus station ourselves. We really enjoyed the Drury though. Thanks so much to the staff for making our trip relaxing!

The hotel is a converted former Federal Reserve bank building - very interesting. Also very centrally located. Breakfast and happy hour menu were excellent, judging by included meals standard. Staff was very motivated and extraordinarily helpful.

I recently spent the most wonderful three days at the Drury downtown Pittsburgh hotel. The property is very conveniently located and walkable to most downtown attractions. The staff is beyond amazing. Specific shout out to Richard and Charlize. The complimentary breakfast buffet was superb and the evening happy hour buffet was remarkable. I especially liked the rooftop deck on the eighth floor. I also enjoyed the pool which was clean and well-maintained. My room was spacious and quite comfortable. All of the staff: housekeeping, wait staff, and maintenance crew were friendly and helpful. I highly highly recommend staying at this property. You will be treated exceptionally well.

The only thing we did not enjoy was that the public restrooms on amenity floor were not unlocked during posted hours. And the family restroom around the corner was unlocked, but out of toilet paper. The location was great for walking around town and going to the ballpark.

This place was amazing! From the look of the place to how clean it was to how friendly the staff and other people were. The pool area was great with the hot tub. I will definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to a family member. Parking is a little pricey but you can get free dinner and breakfast.

My wife and I just stayed three nights. It was an amazing place to stay. Staff was extremely helpful and nice. Kyle was the manager on duty and he was such a nice person to talk with and he actually walked us down the road the road to make sure we knew were we were going. Free breakfast and free dinner every single night.
