The hotel was very clean! Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast and dinner was very good with a wide variety of food. The manager walked around and asked how everything was. This was our first experience at a Drury hotel and we will definitely be back!

every thing was fine mexican dinner

Breakfest was good. We were told our truck was going to be fine for valet parking. We get there and the guy was like I cant park your truck here.. and I explained how I called prior to driving here... he made us park In a garage 3 blocks away in a city where we're not familiar. And had to walk back!!!

Staff was super nice and the free snacks and breakfast were appreciated

We had a wonderful stay at Drury Plaza Hotel Pittsburgh Downtown. The location was perfect—everything we wanted to see was within walking distance, making it very convenient to explore the city. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful from check-in to check-out. They were always happy to answer our questions and gave us great recommendations. Our room was spacious, clean, quiet, and very comfortable, with plenty of space to relax after a day of sightseeing. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to couples, families, and anyone visiting Pittsburgh. Honestly, there wasn’t much to dislike.
-
One drawback was the entrance to the hotel, which is hard to spot and small; I was glad we were in a sedan and not a larger car. Valet parking is the only thing available, although the valets are nice and our car was ready to go at checkout time.

The evening Kick-back reception is great if you don't feel like eating out. Breakfast has multiple choices but are the same everyday. Rooms have everything needed.

-
free dinner and breakfast
-
The staff are kind and so helpful and the room was great too!
-
Also, refrigerator wasn't on.

The staff is excellent—friendly, welcoming, and always smiling, which truly makes you feel like you belong there. The only drawback is the parking situation, but that’s the case with most hotels. Parking at the Greyhound station, just a block away, was only $13 a night, and you really can’t beat that price.
