DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel & Suites Pittsburgh Downtown

Our hallway smelled a bit, but the room didn't. Beds were comfy and we had a great view of PPG arena. Staff was very helpful and receptive when we had an issue arise! Location was great too with lots of places being walking distance.

Great location! We stayed for a concert at PPG and the walk was less than 5 mins. Clean room. Only complaint is the restaurant inside the hotel. For breakfast they have one person waitressing and cleaning tables. She is a very hard worker, but as a guest we didn’t ask for things we needed such as syrup because we felt bad for how overworked she was and didn’t want to add to her load. The restaurant was full when we were in there and not giving her help was a bit ridiculous.

This hotel was perfectly located for our stay. The staff were friendly and attentive. Highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms were very clean and well appointed. The check in was very quick and the cookies were delicious. We had an issue with the bathroom sink but it was fixed very quickly. Thr location was perfect for the concert we went to at PPG.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, I felt comfortable and welcomed. I would definitely love to return. A special thank-you to the two gentlemen at the front desk and valet parking for their kindness, professionalism, and excellent customer service. They truly made my stay even more enjoyable. I also want to give a big shout-out to the amazing housekeeper for keeping everything clean and making sure my stay was comfortable. Great location, central to a lot of sites in the area as well as places to eat.

Best pillows in a hotel I've ever had! Pittsburgh is difficult to navigate and the hotel is not in the easiest location if you miss the exit or wrong turn.

Great gym! Opportunity was to explain parking options, street parking vs mandatory valet, off loading luggage.

No microwave and no fridge in the room

It was not hard to find and was a nice walk to PNC park. The staff was excellent and very helpful. The valet parking was a little pricey for no more then it was used.

Room was clean, front staff was very helpful when our key stopped working.

No extra blankets for the living room

For less than $200 a night, a small suite & kind size bed along with being in the middle of downtown Pittsburgh, this is a great value!
