Excellent t room…large with a king and pull out. More space than usual … clean… loved the deco feel… bar and restaurant great loved the location… walking distances to a lot of places!

Service was good, and front desk personal was excellent ! Just need to keep up with housekeeping. My sheets were dirty both nights I stayed in and also the comforter.

Staff was very helpful and friendly and room was clean and spacious. Location next to PPG Arena is ideal. Would stay here again.

We attended an event at PPG Arena and this location is perfect to do that.

Housekeeping was consistently late, and on several occasions, the room was not properly cleaned. The floor was often not vacuumed, and the bed was sometimes simply straightened rather than properly made. For a hotel of this standard, I expected much more attention to cleanliness and detail. The service at the front desk was also inconsistent. Staff often seemed only partially attentive when assisting guests, which made even simple requests more difficult than they needed to be. The restaurant service was another major issue. Food frequently took a very long time to arrive, and getting the attention of the waitstaff was frustrating. On several occasions, I had to actively look for or repeatedly approach the servers just to follow up on my order. Overall, the hotel could significantly improve its housekeeping, front desk attentiveness, and restaurant service. These issues had a noticeable impact on the overall quality of my stay.

The hotel was an excellent choice for location if attending any events at PPG.. Other than that the rooms were old and bathrooms looked dirty. The tub was cleaned completely and the restaurant downstairs for breakfast was horrible. We had to wait at least an hour just to get served. Everyone was annoyed and even though we were given our meal free it was still ridiculous how long we had to wait for service.

I attended a concert and choose this hotel for it's location. After the concert we tried to order room service. The bar code on the mirror that you ordered from was not working. When I called the front desk they very rudely told me to come and eat at the bar. The bar was packed and so was the entire lobby. I had waited in a long line just get the elevator back to the room. The person was not helpful. I was dissapointed in the costumer service.

All good worth paying for

The rooms were clean, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly!! The location was exactly what we needed for a concert at PPG arena. The rooms could use some updates, including more modern outlets and charging amenities. WiFi access up in the rooms was a challenge when working out of the room.

Staff at the front desk were amazing. So friendly!

Good room, confi mattress, good location. Decent breakfast at the lounge. Since our room was nit ready when arriving at 4 pm, they gave us access to the lounge for free breakfasts, and one free breakfast at the main restaurant. Friendly and very attentive staff. The building needs some care. Elevators have stained floors, restaurant chairs need renovation, and some carpets are worn out. There was an issue with hot water coming from the cold side, but it was resolved promptly. But it tells me that a valve may not be working properly.

Our stay was great minus one thing. The Bengals were staying at the hotel for a game and the hotel shut down the elevators while they were checking in and barred every guest from accessing their rooms, which is illegal since there was no safety threat or emergency. I am currently pregnant and was just returning to the hotel to grab my things because I was not feeling well and needed to go to the hospital to be checked. I explained this to staff and was told “too bad”. One staff member, an extremely kind gentleman working at the front door, overheard and allowed me up to my room through a staff elevator to grab my things so I could get to the hospital.

All the staff was helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and will be returning again!

My wife and I order Uber and when my wife went to the front desk to pick up our food she was told to just take any bag and go. When she refused to take someone else food that was Clearly marked for someone else she was then asked was she going to take the food our just stand there and look stupid. After reporting the incident to the management in the mourning they were very dismissive and up tooth. I was told that there was a lot of orders down there so I guess that made her behavior acceptable. The only thing good about this stay was to vallet parking staff. Excellent job. In addition to that, I was offered a room upgrade in the early check. and then was told that the room would not be ready until 4-8 p m. When I have already arrived at ten am from NJ. So I had a downgrade my room from a suite, two consecutive. To end it all, I asked for my receipt as I was checking out in the front desk person once again gave me an attitude. I would never stay or recommend this hotel to anybody.

Superb

All of the staff at this location were quite pleasant. The front desk staff was helpful and hospitable. The serving staff at breakfast were attentive and friendly. Overall a 4.5 out of 5. The facility itself could be a little more modernized; and also more nonsmoker friendly. The smoking patrons were allowed to stand outside of the entrance which produced unpleasant smells and made waiting for alternate transportation difficult.

Close to train station was a plus!!

The air conditioner in our room did not work which made sleeping incredibly uncomfortable. We mentioned it to the front desk and they said they would have someone look at while we were out, but when returned in the evening the room was still to hot to sleep comfortably. It was so warm we got up at 5:00 am and headed home.

The parking is very expensive
