Fitness center was rather minimal. Everything else at the site was great.

The staff at this Marriott location is second to none. They are helpful, prompt, and truly vested in making your stay comfortable. This is our go-to when it comes to staying in Pittsburgh.

Overall the Hotel is nice. The Front desk staff (particularly one woman on the afternoon/evening shift) was incredibly kind and helpful. She even took me outside to point out the directions to a resturant I wanted to visit. The room was ok standard Marriott King, The only negative was on the morning I was checking out when I opened the bathroom door a HUGE (NY City type Huge) cockroach ran between my feet and went under the bed! I was glad I was checking out. I reported this to the front desk and they were pretty shocked. I am guessing this isnt a regular occurance.

There is no free parking, even in front of hotel was also no free.

The room is clean, and convenient to conference we need to attend. Considering how expensive is the room, Marriott does not offer complimentary breakfast and there is no microwave in the room. Parking is also expensive.

Clean and quiet hotel, could use some updates.

The staff was nice, the room clean and the place was convenient to the event we were going to. The only issue I had was the traffic noise outside sounded like a speedway going by our room.

Superb

The only complaint I have is that the toilet in our room would not flush the day we were checking out, so it may not have been a pretty sight for the housekeeper. For that very sorry. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable and clean. The room was perfect for us! The breakfast was good. We were given vouchers but forgot it in the room so we were charged for our food:(. We had a good time and will definitely stay there again the next time in Pittsburgh!!

The location was amazing right in the heart of downtown Pittsburgh. Everything within a convenient walk or a quick bus right away. Hotel staff was super friendly. And all the amenities of the hotel was phenomenal. Definitely would recommend staying.

The stay was ok. The room was ok. Definitely not the nicest staff and not the cleanest hotel. For the amount of money paid, I would definitely not do it again. The nicest people we encountered were the valet guys. One of the waitresses at breakfast was absolutely so nasty that we did not go back there again for breakfast the rest of the time. Definitely not impressed. Outdated hallways and the elevator were pretty dirty in the mornings. I always stay at Marriotts and this was not a great experience.
