For an inner city hotel, it was clean, staff was friendly and 4 minute walk to the arena.

The staff was super helpful and friendly. The location is convenient and close to The T stop - Steel City. The breakfast was delicious and everything was fresh. The hotel could use some moderization/freshining up, like some additional outlets in the room. The beds were comfortable!

The elevators did not required a key to let you go to the tower. You can enter from the garage to you level. One day my husband went out of our room and there was a strange man sitting in the hallway with a fishing rod. He called security and the man left.

The location is excellent, and the staff is friendly and seem to do their best. But the condition of our room was disappointing for a Marriott. There was obvious damage, and the bathtub had permanent stains and looked like it has seen better days. Finally, it's really bothersome that valet parking is $50, and there really is not an affordable self parking option. It seems extreme to pay so much just to have your car driven a few feet.
