Staff was extremely and the rooms have roaches and are extremely dirty. Avoid at all costs

Parking is great. I requested a king size bed when I made a reservation I ended up getting 2 queen size beef . I noticed it when we got to the room late that nite from a comedy show. I was too tired to call the clerk.

Always the best place to stay when in town for a Pens Game!

Check in took a while, but there was a long line. The property was beautiful and well maintained. Bed was incredibly comfortable. Location was excellent. Only complaints were the shampoo container in the shower was completely empty, and the refrigerator leaked. Would stay again.

Does not meet the standard of a normal Cambria hotel. Was not clean and did not feel safe with traveling just with a child.

I like watching the city

We were not there for very long. The room was fine. We noticed the counter in the bathroom may not have been totally wiped clean, but everything else was very clean. We didn't have much interaction with people on staff other than checking in and out, but they were helpful and pleasant. The place was packed, and everyone seemed to be having a good time at the bar and restaraunt.

Pain because it cost so much money and that’s additional to your stay

The location in relation to paints arena cannot be beat! Loved the hotel. The beds need replaced.

The hot tub was nice

We walked to and from the Pirates game with no problem. The parking was simple and safe. Staff were pleasant and helpful, and the lobby was beautiful and spotless. Bed was comfy, room large and clean, but a little tired in decor. The bathroom doesn’t have a fan and the shower grout needs better cleaning products.

Mold in the shower. Parking was a ripoff- $40:a night to self park in a large surface lot behind the hotel. I'm and out of the parking lot- out in particular - was a hassle

We had a good stay with some really high points and some frustrations. Most of the staff was fantastic, helpful, and a delight to interact with. We ate 3 meals there. Two of them were great with wonderful service. The third was good but service was extra slow and inattentive despite there not being many other customers. The bed was firmer than I prefer and the couch sagged a bit, but the room was otherwise comfortable. I wish there had been a warning that there's a 37.5% tax on parking which changed the $29/night self parking into $39.88/night parking and might have affected our decision on where to stay while visiting Pittsburgh.

Staff was great , room was clean and orderly and the bar was a nice nightcap after an evening on the town.

Helpful staff. Super quiet

Our family of four appreciated the 2 king size beds and pull out couch giving us all enough room. However the hotel wasn't very clean with stains found through the room including the bedding. Curtains were broken in places and missing the curtain rod. Carpets were gross. Dents or holes found on the walls. Overall the hotel in general needs some updating and general up keep. The hotel staff were very nice.

It took 45 minutes to check-in the room because we had to make multiple trips from 4th floor to front desk coz our keycard wasn’t working. It also turned out that there’s hidden costs like $40/day parking & my pass wouldn’t work the first day & was running late for work only to have to pay $85 to be able to leave the lot. The hotel information when I booked did not indicate the hidden fees. My bill came up to over $900 for 3 nights which was absurd for what it is. It’s a mediocre hotel to pay that much. Front desk fella who is an old guy wasn’t friendly but rather snobbish. Felt like you’re a nuisance asking for help with their dysfunctional keycards. I wouldn’t go back here.

The hotel is in a good location but the rooms are very old and need a massive update. The staff was great & the lobby area looks good. Unfortunately the room is old, has a weird smell, and needs major upgrades.
