Cambria Hotel Pittsburgh - Downtown

I've stayed in this place several times and each time was magnificent. The only thing that I would ask would be for them to do some work on the pool facility and the hot tub. Very little pressure in the Jets on the hot tub.

Great location. We were in town for a concert at the PPG. We were able to walk all over Pittsburgh and to the concert.

The rooms are old and not the cleanest.

Garbage cans do not have bag,Staff just wipes them out. No pens/paper in room.

The room was nice, clean and very comfortable. The staff was amazing!!! I had a couple of issues to work around. They were super accommodating and helped me a ton. I will give them 6 stars if I could! Thank you!!

Parking, 2 tv's in the room, breakfast, good convenience Very used and old carpets in the hallways.

We were in town for a concert. This is literally right next door to ppg paints. We arrived at 3:30 and I expected to not be able to check in until 4. The very friendly staff checked us in no problem. Room was clean, grabbed a bite to eat and a drink before the concert- it was good food. Really a good experience, would stay again

Close to PPG Paints arena Toilet was clogged upon arrival to the room, tv didn’t work, and refrigerator didn’t keep my drinks cold. Carpet in the hallway had a big lump in it outside my door and people were constantly tripping on it. Purchased two rooms and asked for them to be together and upon check in was told they were on the same floor but close. Come to find out they were on separate sides of the floor no where near each other. Also don’t ask for a receipt upon checkout because you will that they don’t have the ability to do that so any way to get reimbursed for those screw up or work reimbursement can’t happen without that.

The location Lobby bathrooms all out of toilet paper, soap, and paper towels. Bedding had hair in the sheets Shower was dirty Cooling and heating unit made load noises throughout the night waking us up.
