It was just ok. Maybe Pittsburgh needs to get a Ritz or Four Seasons.

Clean room, helpful staff.

We stayed here for my daughter's graduation from CMU. While a little further from the school than we normally stay, we needed an accessible room for my father in law, and this property had the best option. Very well appointed and he was thrilled with the ease of access in the bathroom. We were able to get two rooms on the same floor as I requested which made things easy for all of us. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet and dinner at Bills Bar. All staff were helpful and friendly.

Negatives: 1. Slow service, had to call multiple times on one occasion to get water bottles 2. Billing was fraudulent, breakfast was included in room costs but on the final bill charged separately 3. Post visit customer service is unsatisfactory, nobody picks up the call if you have a billing question Based on the amount of charges, poor services and older state of the property, it was not worth the amount I paid

It’s a nice hotel with friendly staff. I think you should give a discount or free parking for people staying at the hotel. The cost to parks adds up quick.

My room was on the 7th floor. The shower drained slow. There was NO fitted sheet on my mattress! Curtains were falling apart. Brochures were wrinkled like water had previously spilled on it and dried from a previous guest. There were no trash liners in my room for the duration of my stay. For the price it was NOT worth booking. The Starbucks downstairs was out of everything basically. The peep hole in my room was missing the cover.

Room was clean and decent in size. Bathroom a little dated. All in all happy with my stay
-
The cleanliness of the rooms, general atmosphere and aesthetics of the hotel were classy and calming. The staff were courteous and very helpful. The pillows were the low point. Although there were multiple pillows, I still awoke with a stiff neck as I couldn't find a comfortable position to adjust them with proper support.

Smooth convenient check in and check out, staff very efficient, room was excellent!!!
-
Very great bar!
-
Staff and amenities were great! We loved our room. However, it looks like there were some drinks left in the mini fridge from the patron before us. Other than this, we had a wonderful stay.

Loved everything About this place
-
Valet for our truck.. was not great customer communication.on check in I asked for a view and said we had one… which we did not at all when we got to our room. Only reason we booked this hotel and paid extra was sin hopes of a view. The elevator situation is not good, you wait a long time

The property was amazing and centrally located to the city. Overall there was nothing we didn’t like it was great.
