Location No house keeping was done in three days, even if they state that it's done every other day.

The property is in great condition. Its location is perfect, within walking to all the restaurants, supermarkets, etc.

Our room was very spacious, clean, quiet & comfortable bed. Parking was secure, lighted up area & safe. Breakfast had plenty of choices.

Top notch customer service from every employee we interacted with. Holly at the front desk was a sweetheart!! She got us a corner suite with an awesome view!! We really enjoyed the suite. The bed was super comfortable and we loved the blackout shades. I liked the fact that the pool and hot tub were open early and closed late. The location is excellent for all of Downtown Pittsburgh. We would definitely stay there again.

Loved this hotel. Easy parking and close to so much. We walked to the stadiums and strip district a few times and visited the museum right across the street. Staff was very friendly and got us towels any time we needed them quickly. We enjoyed the pool as well. Very nice stay would definitely stay again.

The staff was extremely accommodating with all my requests especially the young women that checked me in,I wish I could remember her name! I loved the 24/7 availability of coffee, tea and water in the lobby. The pool was open til midnight providing a relaxing end of the day. Breakfast was good and changed everyday and the seating area was well appointed and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Location convenient for walking to point place park as well as in the other direction to the strip, in addition the parking is convenient and free, bonus; across street from Heinz museum.
