Great hotel with good amenities and great staff! Breakfast was good as well and the free parking is a bonus.

It was easy to find and close to heinz and sports museum.

The museum in front of the hotel is excellent and the visit needs 3-4 hours

Staff was so considerate and helpful! Great location. Felt safe for a family with young kids. Right across the road from the Hein historical museum with Fred Rogers exhibit. Walking distance to restaurants. Very close to the Riverwalk.

Location was great. Close to Pnc and downtown. Breakfast had nice variety and wasn’t crowded. Appreciate the housekeeping staff for asking if we needed anything without being intrusive.

Room was very nice and big. Beds comfy. Fridge in room was unplugged so had to plug it back in. We were wondering why it wasn't getting cold. Worked good after that. Very good breakfast. All was convenient for what we were their for. Staff very friendly. Thank you.

The hotel was very clean, quiet, comfortable, and well-situated for walking in downtown Pittsburgh. We appreciated that we didn’t need to use our car during our entire visit. Would definitely stay here again.

This location was close to the Strip District of Pittsburgh. Having never been here before, we visied the restaurants and shops. We’re hoping to be back later this year to explore more. N/A

The room was nice but the shower has no hot water, not even warm. The sink got warm but not the shower. We were only there for 1 night so we roughed it out, but that was the only thing that was a bit disappointing. Otherwise a good experience and would stay again,

Overall clean except the bed linens had a smell like they had not been washed. We only stayed one night. Free parking was nice. It's close to downtown area but many places are closed on the weekend. Perhaps it's busier/more lively during the week. It being across from the Heinz museum was nice although you may hear cars revving their engines at night.

Friendly staff was very helpful. Room was clean and had everything we needed. The bath could have benefitted with an exhaust fan. Bath steamed up following a shower. Frig could have used a freezer compartment. Otherwise, all was great!

Staff was friendly, hotel was very clean and well-maintained, breakfast buffet was nice and had plenty of options. The biggest pluses parking was included in the stay and the location of the hotel was terrific. We would definitely travel and stay here again.
