Temperature control was nice, always able to make it comfortable. Staff was supportive to let us park our U-Haul near the entrance. (We were sore after moving family to the area.) REALLY NICE OF THEM! THANK YOU! More pillows and fluffier bedding would be nice, but what was offered was adequate and we were able to request extra items. Breakfast could be a little better with real maple syrup option and eggs cooked in smaller batches so they don't get over-cooked in steamers.

The breakfasts were flavorful & appearance exceptional. Liked the coffee selection. Food was plentiful, offering a wide selection of options. Recommend on renovating, higher commodes in guest room baths & adjustable shower heads/wands. And please, upgrade the toilet paper….

Staff was very helpful in checking in. Were you able to park our car in the lot even for five hours prior to a check-in. Because we wanted to walk down to the strip for the day. Very clean rooms and a great breakfast in the morning.

There is cold water in the lobby and a snack bar of cold items. Parking at this location is free. It is across the street from the river trail for walking to the stadiums or cycling downtown. It is in the Main Street for The Terminal, full of coffee shops, restaurants and the Aslin Brewery. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Check out isn’t until 12 pm and we were able to stay parked there beyond this time.

Huge Con: Room is a suite (813). Upon entry to the suite, there was a strong, distinct, musty smell. There were patched spots on the ceiling and spots on the carpeting directly underneath that suggested probable water damage. We woke up in the morning, coughing from the musty, moldy smell. Room needs updating to assist with eliminating this horrible odor.

Location, service

The hotel was in great location…near restaurants, the Heinz Museum, and Convention Center. Our room and the whole hotel were clean. All staff were kind and helpful. A big shout out to James… he went above and beyond to help with a room problem and recommended some great local places to eat. Our only problem was that they had recently done some work on the HVAC system and some sort of smell was apparent in our room. They did provide some Febreeze to help and also temporarily placed an air purifier in our room but it didn’t eliminate the odor completely. They tried hard to help but it was still a problem. Breakfast was fine and not crowded. Overall, a good stay and value…especially with the free parking

The room is very spacious and clean! It is the only hotel in downtown Pittsburgh that has free parking. N/A

This was an event-less stay. The parking was expensive, and it wasn't even in a congested downtown location. That's my only complaint. Should have been free parking due to fringe location.

Very clean. Nice Breakfast. They had their own parking lot. Many of the other hotels downtown do not. Valet only in a parking deck at about $35/$40 per night. Staff was very helpful. Especially Holly!
