Overall enjoyable stay would stay there again. Mostly minor inconveniences like tv remotes barely working, tub faucet constantly dripped, tub drain was broke and refrigerator constantly sounded like a running washing machine. Did have a good bit of stomping from the upstairs neighbors for one night.

I enjoyed my stay but housekeeping could tighten up a little with the hair in the towels and sheets. Also the room had a stale smell which leaves you questioning if the room was cleaned or just staged. Overall a comfortable stay but the details would take this place to the top!

I was disappointed in the housekeeping policy. I came to find out that the amenity “extended stay” is more of a penalty if you stay less than one full week….housekeeping only visits the room every third day. Oh, they will provide the clean towels, etc if you ask…but I shouldn’t have to ask….it needs to be a daily service.

The hotel is in a great location, the staff very kind, the room clean, My personal point is the breakfast, very simple, the disposal plates are good but no in differents colors, is a Hilton chain… the food basic, no options…

For the price they charge for rooms, then when you get there you find out they charge extra for parking??? That's ridiculous.

The property is very clean and well-maintained. We were able to take our small dog (for additional fee.) The hotel staff were kind and helpful. We loved this hotel for our stay in Pgh! It was a bit of a walk to the ballpark, but quite doable for healthy in-shape individuals

We always have a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. Whether it’s for a football game or just for a quick getaway, staff is always helpful, room is always clean, and you can walk pretty much anywhere! In and out parking available in the garage under the hotel, or across the street.

The hotel was very nice. We had a short stay, only 1 night so we didn't use the amenities. Looked like there was a gym, pool, and laundry which was great. The room itself was nice and clean. My only complaints were there was only 1 pillow and blanket for the pull out couch. Both beds were pretty uncomfortable unfortunately. Also, since there nowhere to place things in the bathroom to get dressed, a curtain or door separating the sink are would have been nice since there were 4 of us. They had a complimentary breakfast and coffee, we didn't eat but it looked good! The staff was pleasant.

I did not like the fact that they charged me daily for parking. It was owned by the hotel so there should have been complimentary parking. Or at least just add it to the room charge ahead of time. Also the pool was not open for the first two and a half days of our stay. We were a family of twelve with six children that were looking to swim. My son's room #725 had a malfunctioning refrigerator and all their stuff went bad so he had to throw it all out and go buy fresh stuff and put it in my refrigerator. The hotel overall is very nice and the breakfast in the morning was very good.
