Homewood Suites by Hilton Pittsburgh Downtown

Stayed in the king suite which had a kitchenette including a full size refrigerator with freezer. Clean and updated. Kids slept on pull out. Great for family or guests. Pool was very small and only 4 feet- but enough for a quick dip. No hot tub. Gym was nice and clean. Great access to many downtown and restaurants on foot.

Patio is beautiful. Breakfast was great, room, lobby and common areas were clean, well kept, the pool access was hit or miss.

Good location, clean hotel. Pleasant staff, room was nice except for bathroom shower which leaked into bathroom floor.

Breakfast was good but limited. Rooms were spacious and quiet but I needed to request maid service to have bed made and towels changed.

Molds in the grout lines of walls of bathtub. The room of our sister had a dishwasher that had dirty dishes, cups with mold. (they were not washed)

Location The bathroom mirror, it’s difficult to put on makeup. It would be nice to have a magnified pull out mirror

Jym, excellent customer service The room was not clean and smelling ( sweat smells). We were transferred to room 524 that was not clean . Besides that, the parking garage cost $20 per day but at the checkout, just for two nights, we were hit with $52 for parking garage.

We had a very good experience at the Homewood Suites property in Pittsburgh. The property is in the Strip District, which offers a lot in the way of restaurants and shopping. We usually walk to most activities. We normally stay closer to Market Square. This hotel was a little further from the places we normally go, so be aware of the location. However, we would definitely stay there again. The staff went over and above in all of our interactions with them. This is an excellent choice when staying in Pittsburgh.

Great hotel located right next to the convention center highly recommend for any sports family

Supposed to have had a king bed but ended up with two queens . Parking not the best. Steps to. walk to enter building and unloading. Breakfast was great. Staff very pleasant.

I know that corporations are cutting back on staff and some services, but this was really disappointing. Our room should have been cleaned AT LEAST twice during our seven night stay. The hotel itself was clean and well serviced. The staff was friendly and helpful. But our experience, and this review, would have been much higher if our room had been cleaned and serviced properly. I am returning to Pittsburgh next year for the same conference I attended this year. I will NOT be staying at this hotel.
