Homewood Suites by Hilton Pittsburgh Downtown

Unfortunately, the room was very poorly cleaned. The sheets did not appear to have been changed; we found hair and residue in the beds. The bathroom smelled unpleasant, and the kitchen had very few utensils and no basic cleaning supplies, such as dish detergent or paper towels. The fire alarm also went off in the middle of the night, and we had to wait outside for about an hour. I understand that emergencies can happen, but guests should be able to count on clean bedding. Finding a dirty bed made the stay especially disappointing.

A nice area right next to the strip and the history museum. Seems to be a safer area than most. Staff was friendly. Pull out bed was super thin, but other than that, would recommend, especially for the location a little off the busy downtown and a few minutes walk to the strip that had several amenities….Starbucks, Shake Shake, Chipolte, etc.

Proximity, gym, and pool were all perks. The staff was friendly and responsive. Our room smelled musty like maybe a cat had been living in there prior to our stay. Also weird layout with the double queen suite where the sink was outside of the toilet and shower, making for a dark bedtime routine with sleeping toddlers (sharing as an fyi to fans who have light sleeping kiddos).

Nice outdoor patio area. Beautiful room. Multiple parking area’s. Was told at check in parking was complimentary. When checking out I was charged for parking.

1st time visit to the hotel. Front desk teams not friendly and treated everyone quite rudely. The rooms are average at best. Nothing amazing for the price. Clean but not sparkly Clean. Maintained but aged.

AMAZING! We came to Pittsburgh for a baseball game and to tour the town. This was an excellent spot for both. The staff was helpful and friendly, the amenities were great. We will definitely be back!

Location. Very close to strip district The remote in my room didn't work. I had to unplug tv to turn it off.

Clean hotel, centrally located. The room was in great condition, the beds were comfortable. Staff was great.

Breakfast was a great added bonus especially when traveling with family. Loved the pool and ease of getting around the city. Staff was exceptional, parking garage was an added bonus of safety. Nothing. It was all great.
