The small scale hotel allows the staff to be more attentive. Beautiful building, free local shuttle, fun bar. I will stay here again if coming back to Pittsburgh!

The hotel was absolutely charming - old victorian and attention to every detail. It was spotless, well kept, and elegant. It was much more than I expected!! Nothing could have been better.

We enjoyed our stay in this boutique hotel with history and character. Staff was friendly and helpful. Free parking is wonderful. The breakfast box at your preferred time is efficient and very customer friendly. The neighborhood - Deutschtown & Mexican War Streets - is interesting with historic houses, nice parks and small but good restaurants to explore. A short walk brings you downtown, to The Andy Warhol museum and to the main bridges. The room and bathroom were very small and we would have liked a fridge in the room. The front door & parking area is a bit sketchy. We preferred the backdoor exit through the patio to avoid that. There was quite some noise from the street in our room at night. We would ask for a bigger room at the back or side next time.

The property was very clean and well maintained. Staff was helpful and friendly. Excellent location for attending a baseball game. Free parking was nice perk.

All the staff very friendly as well as helpful in guiding us around places to see and do in Pittsburgh. Would definitely come back

The Victorian aesthetic was great to experience. Close to a grocery store and short walk to the downtown square. Bathroom entrance was cramped to get in and out of for my size (5'11 - 200lb male).
-
1/2 mile SAFE walk to ballparks and just a great stay!
-
Loved everything about this place. Such history and character, close to AHN.

The breakfast was good. We liked the system and knowing it would be there at the time we preferred. The shuttle and Bobs excellent service was a real plus. It was also great to have easy access to our car, which isn’t common in a center city location. Our bathroom was tight but we know there are just a couple of rooms like that and it was ok.
