Staff were helpful, pool was closed. Door wouldn’t close/lock properly but were able to fix it quickly. The area outside isn’t well taken care of.

Great hotel. Extremely clean. Great location. Breakfast was 10/10. Will definitely come back here if we come back to Pittsburgh!

We stayed here for a concert at Stage AE and the location was perfect. It was a quick Uber ride to the venue. The room was clean, parking was free and easy, and I really liked that you needed a key card to get into the building—it added a nice sense of security. The front desk staff was really nice too. We’d definitely stay here again!

The hotel itself is great, very clean, easy to get to, easy to park. Bed was super comfortable and the staff was great. The only negative is the are where the hotel is located is not all that great, BUT there is a little bar right up from the hotel, maybe a block away that serves great drinks and had a ton of pin-ball machines to play to pass the time if you get there before your room is ready. Took an Uber downtown for a concert and had a great driver, so overall, I would definitely stay here again. The area outside of the hotel was an area that had a lot of homeless and clearly drug users, but to be honest, they all kept to themselves and we had zero issues, but I wouldn't want to be out walking around in this area at night.

Clean room, real friendly staff that made check in and out very easy and painless. Wonderful location with parking on site. Clean lobby, and a small delicious variety of breakfast options. Would 100% stay again.

The breakfast staff was not great. Additionally, the hotel site indicated free shuttle within 3 miles. There was no shuttle service.
