One of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever been in great experience and the continental breakfast is a plus.
-
Great staff at check-in and check-out. Easy to access all routes to downtown Pittsburgh attractions.
-
The only complaint was when we filled-out our search and we put filters in that.We wanted a swimming pool, Expedia's book desk there. And they didn't know there was no swimming pool , do better
-
Clean room, staff very kind and helpful, parking was available with stay. Comfort Inn has the best beds and I always sleep best there (besides home). Dont like to stay anywhere but Comfort Inn
-
Hotel is walking distance to PNC park. Room was clean. The staff was the best part!

I’ve been coming here for a little while now and I’m disappointed that they took the pool out. Other then that, the rooms are always clean and the staff is nice and I love the rooftop area they have and the views of the city are amazing

Staff was excellent and helpful for check in and at breakfast. Breakfast selection was excellent and replenished when it got low. Parking was convenient and relatively inexpensive.

The room was very affordable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and the person in charge of it was friendly and did a very good job at keeping it stocked and clean. The room itself had a couple of problems, however. The desk was very wobbly, to the point where I was afraid to use it for anything. The TV swivel was very loose as well. Alarm clock was completely broken. There were a couple of lights out in the room and it was very noticeable that they don't always change the linens or vacuum the carpet.

Arrival Reception staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good. There were no luggage carts available on arrival & departure. Only 1 staff on site, on evening arrival, who could not leave reception desk to be able to attend to concerns. Had to use rolling chair from room to bring items from car. Front entrance from street did not have adequate signage for new guests to recognize the entrance & area to “pull up” was inadequate. The parking lot did not appear safe to leave items in car unattended.

The room was clean and comfortable. Free Soto the gym and pool area. Laundry available. Breakfast was very good. Safe and convenient neighborhood. Free parking. Thank you to the manager to let me checking in early on my day of arrival. I’ll definitely be back.
-
Very clean and a nice location it was a bit hard to access the building when first arriving
-
Clean and pristine Breakfast Late comers; at around 9:30 teardown started happening and allowed for people waking up later to miss out on many breakfast items.

Was clean Cleaned
-
Good location, clean for the most part and comfortable. Room has no AC, booking dates got messed up and I had to pay twice.. was not happy. No pool available either
-
Pool was closed. Neighborhood had suspicious people around. Great city view. Good locking entry doors.
-
Nothing to complain about! Desk employees were very helpful and pleasant every day to an Erie girl who didn’t know a thing about navigating Pittsburgh. Very nice rooms, parking, security and breakfast. Thank u

Staff were very friendly. Location was very confusing to find the front desk. Rooms phone did not work. Bathroom handle was loose. There was hair on the shower wall that was there as soon as we checked into the room. The safety look on the door was missing screws.

Staff is very nice.

Booked this hotel since I decided to see a pirates game last minute and wanted something close to the stadium, parking was $17 a night which is not too bad and they provide a parking pass. To get into the hotel lobby you either use the back entrance which you use a hotel key once you check in or you can press the doorbell and they will buzz you in to get access to the lobby. There is also quick parking in the front but its a very busy street and primarily used to ride-share drop offs overall the hotel was clean and breakfast was good but the hotel is close to restaurants nearby if looking for something more unique.

Very clean room, nice staff.
