The shower was very dangerous. The door opened inward so the water hit the door and went on the floor. The floor of the shower was slippery, and there was no handle to hang onto except the door that opens inward if you grab onto it.

The front desk staff was wonderful. Welcoming and accommodating. We needed to switch our room because it smelled of marijuana so bad, and they simplified our transition. The gym was a few weights and 2 treadmills that didn't work properly and the pool was not open on a holiday weekend. The bathroom didn't have sconces on the fixtures... Just exposed light bulbs and the wardrobe didn't have handles... Just holes where the handles used to be.

Toilet needed to be shimmed in front. Rocked and clanked whenever used. Coffee was not good. Staff however could not have been nicer.

The staff was amazing and very helpful and understanding.

Night shift staff was amazing. Nikki checked us in and she was friendly and very helpful. Can’t say the same about morning staff. If you don’t need assistance it’s a comfortable place to stay.
