Room and bathroom was very big. Only complaint was that there is not really any air circulation in the room/bathroom, the AC could not keep up with the heat and humidity. Forget having a dry towel the next day unless you have them changed out. Breakfast was mediocre, not much food selection/quality.

The hotel was fine, staff were friendly however they checked us into a room that was definitely not cleaned properly as I found used alcohol pads and someone’s dirty underwear and shirt in the drawer. The shower still had shampoo on the wall from the previous user. As the hotel was “sold out” they could not switch my room , but did give me all new linens. When I asked for a refund the manager said to sign up for choice rewards and he would give me 5,000 points. As I stood there I googled it an in-fact did that myself without his help. They refunded me $50. Will not be returning to that property.

We were in town to catch a pirate’s game. Our stay was good. Location was convenient to get around town. We were able to walk to the game. There were a few things that caught our attention. First being the young man that checked us in was not very friendly or informative. I had to pry every bit of information out of him. We also asked for extra towels and were asked why. There were not enough towels for each of us being the reason. We also asked for an extra blanket, since the one on the bed had a red stain on it. Not sure if it was blood, fingernail polish or what. AST thing was the road noise. We stayed on the front of the building with the street right below us. You could definitely hear the traffic. Overall it was ok, not great.

Check-in was fantastic easy and the check-in young lady was amazing! Paul was closed though

This hotel is also in a sketchy neighborhood. Good things: parking was decent. Right behind the hotel. Breakfast was good.

Excellent hotel with clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and great amenities. The check-in process was quick, the room was well maintained, and the location was convenient for both business and leisure travel. Breakfast was fresh and varied. Overall, a very pleasant stay, and I would gladly return.

The pool was not functional and the staff implied it had been closed for quite some time. Housekeeping was understaffed and our room was cleaned once during the 3 day stay. The ice machine was not working. There is no business center or shuttle. The staff were very nice and the breakfast was delicious.

I returned 15 min later to find my door ajar and my belongings were shuffled about the room

Lady working in breakfast room was super kind and helpful

I would not recommend staying here. It's between two busy highways. Not very suitable for kids or if you wanted to walk around or enjoy the scenery, because there is no scenery. I'm sure this place would be okay to stay for maybe a night, nothing particularly wrong with it. I just knew that at some point I was going to smell marijuana in the hallway, and that's just not the kind of hotel experience I want to have.

Breakfast was crowded and the area was small so we had to wait for everyone. Nothing was replenished.
