Holiday Inn Express & Suites Pittsburgh North Shore by IHG

complimentary breakfast Room was right next to elevated highway, very noisy at night

Todo bueno

Location was awesome. Room was big. Breakfast was good . No directions to use TV- couldn’t figure out where to find the guide. Missing a lightbulb in one of the lights. Fire alarms started blinking- may need battery change- did ask twice for that to be checked. Rm 501

Location

All of it Nothing

Another great stay at the hotel

location was great staff was friendly nice breakfast pirce

Superb

Did not have breakfast there, the location was great to get to the game We needed a room to sleep four. The main bed was fine but the sofa bed was less than desirable. When we booked it said there were two beds I didn't expect the other to be the sofa bed.

Location, Staff and cleanliness A little too close to the freeway (noise)

Several lights out in our room. I asked the front desk twice to replace. We could not call out of our room because the phone and outlet did not work. Addressed this again with front office staff and they would not fix. Shower door missing and they replaced with a short shower curtain and we had water all over our floor.

Great stay. Perfect for a family. Close to stadiums. Breakfast had a decent variety.

Good

Superb

It seemed to be about 15-20 minutes from everything we were doing!

Proximity to PNC ballpark Not a lot of food choices on area

Location was great. Right next to PNC Park for baseball game. Staff was nice and helpful

Horrible! My personal information got...

Location, decent food Noisy highway too close Had to ask to be moved on the quiet side for nights 2 and 3. First night was terrible due to lack of sleep. Though I asked them in advance re: a quiet room requirement…

Great location, clean and staff very helpful.
