The room was quite clean, the staff was incredibly helpful and the breakfast had more options than I thought it would for being included. Bed was not very comfortable, a bit too firm for my liking, and the flashing smoke detector/alarm every 10-20 seconds was very irritating while trying to sleep, but not dealbreakers to staying here again. Overall a 4/5

Be sure to ask for a room that is away from the highway. The traffic was so loud! And the A/C unit which could have drowned it out made it sound like we were sleeping in an engine room. Staff said they couldn't move us because we'd booked with a third party (expedia).
-
They entered my room each day to clean when I wasn’t present, the room key had several issues and I had to get someone from the desk to let me into my room, the shower was terrible, the water never got hot once, the shower did not drain well at all so you were always standing in a puddle to shower. The breakfast was often out of stuff and the staff was not attentive to refilling the items, there were lots of people and long waits for the elevators.

Good overnight stay.

Clean. Convenient location. The lady at the front desk was an absolutely sweetheart!

I contacted Expedia who said they would contact the hotel to sort things out and gave me a bogus case # to reference. I've heard nothing else from anyone about it and for peace of mind, I've let it go. But it's bogus and if I were you, I'd stay somewhere else or definitely don't choose the parking option when booking with Expedia. Also, the parking here is nice in that's it's close to the hotel but there is nowhere to park on the street and you can't get into the parking without your room key. So you can probably envision what this process looks like...

Had a nice stay in the hotel for couple days, this is my second stay here and it definitely worth trying it again

Breakfast was unit so great!

I liked the fact it was within walking distance of the PNC ballpark. We had to go down and ask for towels and wash clothes every evening. Then the toilet paper ran out and one of us had to go down to get that also.

Just a broken window curtain.
-
The blinds in the room did not work. We had to hang a blanket over the windows at night. The staff said the parts had been on order for quite awhile. The staff working the parking lot on game day was rude. We didn’t have enough towels and we were honest that four people were in the room. The breakfast staff seemed unapologetic for not having certain things. I just think I paid too much for a room for two nights for there to be holes in the blinds and they not work. And also, there didn’t seem to be enough people working the front desk. The one lady working on Friday was very nice but everyone else seemed uninterested.

Overall a good experience. At check-in they could have had more staff. Long line with only 1 desk attendant assisting.
-
The pool was a little small, but everything else was fantastic.
-
Very clean rooms, welcoming staff, and good amenities
-
Location is perfect, close to many restaurants. Breakfast was decent. Room was spacious and beds were comfortable
-
The room was a great size and fairly clean, although it could have been maintained better (holes in the blinds/curtains). The beds were comfortable but the pillow are very flat… staff is friendly and pleasant and location is great. Would stay again.
-
The smoke detector lights are obnoxiously bright and flash every 10-15 seconds, making it difficult to sleep.
-
Neighbor was a little tough. I was accosted twice for money on the sidewalk in front of the hotel.

The location was amazing. I loved staying here and will stay here again in the future. The location was very clean. The fire sprinkler has a strobe light that blinks and lights up the room throughout the night.
