Next to PNC Park which was extremely convenient

First, our room was located right next to the interstate so the traffic sound was unbearable and second the fire strobe in the room went off continuously throughout the entire stay. This was in all the rooms. I have never seen this in any hotels I've ever stayed in. Really made for a rough sleep. Overall I would look for another hotel if I were going to stay on the Northshore.

Super nice staff. Everyone was friendly, spoke to you, and offered assistance. They even helped me when I made a mistake in my days, by extending it for me. Will definitely stay again. Loved breakfast such a great assortment of items. Thanks.

Great location , walked to the ball park

Terrible staff, specially one female receptionist who was working on our day of arrival in the afternoon. She kept giving attitude, nodding head. Huffing and puffing on query and rolling her eyes.

Hotel was okay but the start was not good, There was no one at the gate when I arrived to check in and I couldn't get in.

The front desk staff where amazing

It was a great stay. Third year in a row that we stay here for pirates game and Steelers training camp. Parking is good and cheap considering location. Breakfast is good and included. Staff was friendly and helped out with some issues I had.

The property itself is fine and is conveniently located in downtown North Shore. The rooms are okay, and parking is available for an additional $28. Overall, while the location is good, the poor customer service at the front desk significantly impacted our stay.

Also I paid for parking through Expedia but they still added it to my bill. After going to the front desk at checkout the desk clerk said he took it off but when I checked my charge card he had not. Had to call the hotel again to have it removed.

Clean rooms, delicious breakfast. great location directly across the street from the Ballpark! Walking distance to restaurants and bars.
