Check-in was easy and efficient. Staff was friendly. Parking is good especially for being in the city. The property is in good condition. One of the elevators wasn't working during our stay, but there are 2 others and there was only 1 time that we had to wait a significant time. Our room was comfortable, clean and quiet, again for being right in the city. Our room had 3 towels and 3 hand towels but only 1 washcloth. It wasn't a big deal to us as I brought my own shower accessories, but those attentions to detail could be given a bit more priority.

I do not believe that there are enough characters here to describe this place. I have pictures, but there’s no place to upload them here. To start off the room was filthy and when I say filthy, I mean the remnants of other people‘s poop on the floor as well as their hair. The only place that I could find to sleep on the bed was at the foot of the bed lying long ways. This is because when I took all the sheets off the bed, you could see how the mattress just caved to the center. There was literally no support left in the mattress to the point that after trying to lie on it for 15 minutes I was in significant pain. I don’t have significant pain. The bed was literally that bad. Let’s add on top of that the fact that we were in the middle of a heat wave when I stayed. The air conditioning in my room would not go below 70 which I understand because of the heat. However, there was no air-conditioning in any other part of the facility. I went down for morning breakfast and was told that I had to eat my breakfast in a 92° dining area. I got sick and left. There are so many things wrong with this property and I believe most of it has to do with the fact that it’s just not been maintained. I have no problem with that per se, but if I wanted to book a motel six, I would have booked a motel six instead of spending close to $200 a night on this room. The only positive I can think of is that there were no bed bugs. Fortunately, my experience was so bad I was able to get a refund.

Clean room, convenient walk.

The location. Short staffed.

The location right next to PNC Park and other areas to visit. The staff is always nice and helpful. The carpet in our room is tearing up by kitchen area. The door on the bathroom would not shut (hinges are bent). This door was like this last year when I stayed in this same room and I did report it to the front desk. I do think they are doing some renovations at this present time too though.

I checked in on Father’s Day. I had room 201 the room was dirty. The couch looked like it was broke down. There was two towels in the room. The icemaker didn’t work. There was no pots or pans. There was one so I went down to the front desk, they switched me to room 202. The icemaker didn’t work in there. There was only two towels in there. The refrigerator was running water. There was gnats in the bathroom. the sheet was too small for the bed and the Internet kept going out. I stayed here before and it was OK but this time they just totally went downhill and I had to stay there for a day and a half. It was just miserable. !!! There were stains all over the couch. Only good thing about it is the tub was really clean, but that was it.

Location to PNC Park

Arlene was amazing and sweet. Room was fantastic, location was great. There was a fun run/walk by the hotel and so we were not permitted to exit until noon. The staff told me a back way to exit but would have been nice to know that while making the reservation.

The only thing we didn't like was. They never told me they were gonna charge me for parking. And I didn't agree with this , and I sent emails out and nobody answered me

The location is great!! For baseball or football, it’s in walking distance!! Walk across the bridge and your right downtown to explore!! Excellent breakfast every morning!! This is the only place we stay when we come to Pittsburgh!!

Great location for sporting events.

We stayed here for a concert at stage ae. This was our 2nd time at this particular hotel. Staff members were all great. Would definitely recommend this property, walking distance to pretty much everything.

Constantly having maintenance issues at the property and no hot water in room more times than not. Location is awesome and that is the only thing good about property.

The description said self parking onsite. We arrived and there was no parking and had to park a 20 minute walk away. Staff at checkin was not helpful about this - stating parking is not guaranteed on site. After the show, at midnight, we were told by the evening clerk, we could park in the round about and had to walk back to the car to move it from a non-overnight parking lot. Also, the light in the bathroom did not work and the shower was out of shower gel.
