Renovation was going on and made my experience not great

Love staying at this hotel. Easy parking and convenience of location. They are doing some renovations which of course is always a little messy but can’t wait to see it when those are completed.

My first room was in pieces; HVAC materials and instructions strewn throughout the room. Front desk staff were helpful in relocating me. There was a great deal of renovation being done in the hotel with torn up carpets and industrial fans being used to dry floors. I received an email with a statement charging me for parking which I hadn’t been made aware of. I requested an extension of two hours for parking but was told the most I could have was an hour as parking was for arriving guests. It was 10:30am and the parking lot was practically empty. The hotel location was very convenient for the Braves game and other Pittsburgh attractions. The rooms were clean but housekeeping services were only offered every other day,

The stay was very convenient as we were there to watch the Brewers play the Pirates. Hotel was literally across the street from the ball park. Staff was very helpful and courteous. There was construction going on in the lobby that made it a little inconvenient at times to get around but all and all the stay and hotel were good.

Location, staff, price, breakfast TV channels didn't work half of the time due to poor connectivity, showers were not warm, we have been there 3 times and 2/3 times there were issues with the elevator

It was easy to get in and out of. No air conditioning in lobby, hallways, elevators or breakfast area.

The carpet floor was sticky and damp. Tile floors were sticky and not properly maintained. The property is undergoing an upgrade and should make people aware prior to their booking on this place.

The suite did not have hot water in the showers. I understand that the lobby area was under construction and that made some things inconvenient. All in all, great stay.

Everything is dirty and horrible. Don’t stay there if you don’t want to waste your money. Staff is available but aren’t helpful at all. Terrible experience.

Our suite was nice and clean. It was under construction. A mess. Had to go out of doors to access the elevators and rooms from the lobby. There was trouble with the elevators. The hairdryer broke in my hand. One day the water was luke warm for my shower.

The location to our event was fantastic, the room was clean overall. Construction made getting around and getting breakfast difficult. Our room did not seem to have hot water and when we tried to call the front desk nobody ever answered both when called from the in room phone and when we called the hotel from our cell phones. There was a slight chemical/burning smell at times as well.

I gave it only 4 stars on two categories because the property was having big renovations while we stayed. Our room was very nice, but the hot water for the shower only got warm enough to shower, not hot - probably because of the construction. We chose this because we went to a Pirates game and it was great for that. I would stay there again if we went to another Pirates game, but not until the construction work was complete.

No hot water for a shower Wallpaper in bathroom was peeling from the wall Bed wasn’t on the frame so the mattress tilted to one side. Because of interior construction you had to use a side door to get to the elevators. That side door was constantly propped open allowing anyone access to the hotel. All the coffee in the room was decaf No hairdryer. Tissue holder in the room was empty. Carafe for coffee at breakfast was empty, had to an attendant for coffee.

Room was not cleaned; hand-prints and crumbs on every surface. I’ve stayed here a few times and this was easily the worst.

Overall the room was clean, bed was comfy.Having a kitchen is always a plus. We were there 3 nights and never had hot water, warm yes but hot no, had to heat water in microwave so my husband could shave. Breakfast was very good, lots of choices and it was good to see you offered fruit. Area : is ideal if going to PNC, literally right across the street. Many restaurants and bars within walking distance. We walked downtown during the day, would not recommend at night. But my main concern was the entrance of the hotel is closed due to construction so you have to go to the back, when we arrived the back door was propped open, anyone or things could wonder in again we arrived at 12:30 am. It wasn't a safe feeling or first impression.

Not up to Marriot standards. Dated rooms, open during construction , toilet was the shortest I've ever seen. Water was only lukewarm after running for 5 minutes . Will stay elsewhere next time.

They were renovating the lobby which caused minor disruption to the average patron but the housekeeping was spotty. Wet towel left in the shower and a sticky spot on the carpet in the middle of the room. Insufficient bedding for the pull out bed and no coffee cups for the complimentary coffee.

The location. Was supposed to have a city view and I had a great view of two interstate overpasses that came with plenty of traffic and noise. Construction on the hotel itself. Old furniture. Terrible mattress !!! Outdated shower/tub facilities.
