Hyatt Place Pittsburgh-North Shore

The rooms were very clean and customer service was excellent, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. I will definitely be staying in the future.

We could not have had a better experience. Perfectly located to PNC Park and city attractions. Staff was over the top friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean. Will be staying here again for our next Pittsburgh trip!

Staff were friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to, even while they were busy working! (So many hotel stays we see lazy employees bumming around, and not working with any sense of purpose -> NOT THE CASE HERE!) Will DEFINITELY stay again if we ever find ourselves in Pittsburgh again! 💜

The location is great if you're going to either of the stadiums or out for dinner. Breakfast was very good. Lot's of choices. The staff were very helpful with information. There was an issue with a stain on the couch and they offered to switch rooms. There is onsite parking and it was reasonably priced.

Staff were friendly and very professional and helpful. Room was clean but couches were stained. I wouldnt sit on them without a clean sheet. The bar/restaurant is at the front desk which was strange but people seemed happy sitting there. Great area for restaurants and easy travel.

The location was great, right down the street from the concert venue. Room was dirty, handprints all over the bathroom door inside and out, handprints and streaks down closet door mirror, streaks of who knows what on the shower door that was also missing the handle. Furniture was beat up pretty bad and there was grime built up on the handles to the drawers. Room was missing most of the linens for the pull out bed. I expected more from a Hyatt hotel.
