I enjoyed the stay.

Pool was closed and wouldn’t allow a refund or voucher.

Upon check in I was served by a very rude front desk staff (Alison). She tried to double charge me for my room when I already paid on Expedia. She kept trying to tell me I didn’t pay and even after I showed her the receipt she said I was wrong. She never explained anything about parking and I ended up having to ask another worker. I hope you never get her. Luckily the next morning I spoke with a nice woman, maybe the manager who resolved my issues and I was very grateful for that. I do recommend this hotel in Pittsburgh and would stay there again.

The staff was amazing and incredibly helpful. The only issue was that there were no USB ports in the room. We've been spoiled by having them in most hotel rooms so bring outlet adapters. The breakfast was in the upper tier with several hot options and all the continental standards as well. Parking was very convenient and because of the area $26/day was reasonable.

Bummer the pool was down for maintenance the 2 days we stayed.

Nice

Property was cleaned and well maintained. We had no issues at all. The staff was helpful and friendly. The location net to PNC Park was exactly what we needed.

When we checked in they were to add the parking on the 2rooms bill and it was applied to the incorrect hotel room and unfortunately we didn’t notice it until we got hone. Spots on the sofa cushions. There was no local map available.

decent, near thungs

clean room and staff was very nice

For $499/night plus tax for a total of $568, this was an utter disgrace. The pillows were like a bag of rocks. The bed was a C rating at best. The lobby bathroom is run down and decrepit. An inch of dust all around the lobby. The girls working in the lobby were all really nice and helpful. No complaints on them. However, it’s LAUGHABLE that you charge what you do for a standard king bed stay. This is no better than a Motel 6. You can’t even offer toilet seat covers in the lobby bathroom?! NEVER again.

I stayed here for 2 nights because it’s so close to PNC Park. I noticed they were short staffed on Friday. In fact, there was no food service at the restaurant due to lack of staff.

Outstanding breakfast, best breakfast ever

Everything was good

The hotel is lovely! We were able to walk to the sites we wanted to visit (Warhol Museum, PNC Park & AcriSure Stadium) as well as find a variety of options for dining and adult beverages! It is easy to get to from the interstate. Parking is a bit tricky if you've never been there as GPS sends you to the completely wrong entrance to the parking lot! Its the ideal location to attend a Pirates game and stay over or to attend a Steelers game and stay over! Highly recommend!

Great stay at a very nice property. I would highly recommend staying there.
