Hotel was great nice room close to the stadium! Only complaints was air conditioning not working 92 degrees heat advisory no air

The tub had a lot of cracks around the edge and was a bit treacherous. I did not like paying to park, and there seemed to be sketchy people in the parking area watching me unpack my car.

Room was clean. Staff was excellent. Breakfast was excellent. Parking was good - area under construction. Short stay so side not available myself to all amenities.

Came into town for a preseason Packers/Steelers game. Right in the North Shore downtown area close to wonderful restaurants, museums, parks, and was a lovely overall experience. Staff was extremely helpful with everyone and everything even though it was completely crazy that weekend. Excellent onsite free breakfast in the morning and quick access to pretty much anything. Look forward to staying there again and taking in another game!

Check-in was a nightmare and parking was worse. The manager tried to offer me a "deal" on a parking pass that instead of the $27/night normal.charge, we could pay her $10 cash for the parking pass. We passed on the "deal" and when we got to the parking it was completely full, so the attendant had us park in the yellow-hatched space between handicap spots because "those never fill up anyway." The hotel was clean and conveniently located but staff was questionable as hell.

Very accommodating staff especially the lady manning the breakfast Timika, very pleasant and positive attitude towards the guest. My only concern is the parking space, it doesn’t look safe

This was a great property - close to the baseball field and a few blocks from the Acrisure stadium. Easy walk to the concert in the stadium that we attended. Breakfast was good. Nice walk along the river that is close-by.

Easier check in process when a large event is taking place. Possibly check in through phone use phone tap as a room key

From the moment we arrived, the entire staff was very friendly and welcoming! You cam tell the employees enjoy working here. The place was super clean, breakfast was great! Great location!

Overall good stay. The location is great! The rooms are big and spacious with comfortable bedding. Disappointed by the conditions of the bathtub as they were marked with dirt stain and peeling paint/pieces of the tub. Bedding was also stained. Suggest to include a full mirror in the room as currently the room only has one small mirror. Staff was amazing, very friendly and courteous! Other guest were very pleasant as well. The attached restaurant, Soho, was also a great add.

That being said, the staff were all extremely polite, friendly, and helpful. I really appreciated their customer service, especially considering the condition of the room. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and maintenance issues made it difficult to enjoy our stay.

Tv didn’t work, no full length mirror, low bathroom lights, no fan in bathroom, gross old shower, breakfast is sub par compared to other chains free breakfast

No bedding for pull out couch in room. Had to ask 3 times and 2 hours before getting
