Loved the convince to all the parks. We did not have a car so was walkable to everything we wanted to do. Had to pay for bottledwater. Im use to it being replaced everyday.

Overall it was a good stay. Staff was great and very friendly. Was worried about the parking based on other reviews, but we had no issues at all. The hotel is a little outdated and has some cosmetic issues but what hotel doesn't. We stayed for the Steelers 1st preseason game and it was an easy walk to the stadium. I think most of the other reviews are a little overly dramatic. We were definitely worried at first but after our stay, we will definitely use this hotel as an option in the future. Go Steelers!!!!

Kudos to housekeeping, the whole property was immaculate. Check-in was easy, parking lot was close by and everyone was friendly. There were some quirky things but not deal breakers. The toilet paper was so far away from the seat that you had to lean very far to reach it. My 9 yr old couldn't so we just sat the paper on the edge of the tub. Seemed odd there was only one trash can in the room (none in the bathroom?) I recommend this hotel and will be back.

Free breakfast and friendly staff No bathroom fan, so our room always smelled musty and humid. Everything seemed so loud, like doors slamming and traffic roaring outside.

The room was very clean, very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the location was perfect. The room was big and spacious and had everything I needed There wasn't a thing I didn't like everything was perfect.

Location!!! Perfect being across the street from the Pirates ballpark. Pricey due location. Fantastic hotel however you pay a premium for location.

construction going on next to my room noisy door very hard to open in room. sinks drain slow.
-
Sheets on bed looked old and ragged. Shower was disgusting with paint peeling, and peeling wallpaper.

I loved the close proximity to PNC park, great restaurants, and walks along the Allegheny River. There was nothing that I didn’t like. Staff were kind and helpful! Included Free Breakfast and coffee too! Hope to go back again!

This place had been our go to for Pirates games for well more than a decade. It’s now in disrepair, the parking lot has been reduced and relocated into an area that’s not safe for families, that’s my opinion. There was open drug use. The rooms have aged and there’s been no upkeep. It’s time to find a new hotel, thank you for the years of great experiences at Springhill North Shore but this one we would not recommend and we will not return

The problem was the hotel wasn’t prepared for the amount of people staying there. Waited in line 3 different times to check in the last time for a Hour and a half. Didn’t have enough staff to have rooms cleaned. We were lucky to be able to park at the lot because we were there 3 hours early but felt sorry for families we were in line with that couldn’t park there cause lot was full. Room cost was nearly 500 dollars wasn’t worth it. Also seemed A/C didn’t work they had huge fan running in hallway just to cool that off our room was hot.
