Empty tissue holder in the wall had dirty qtips in it. Housekeeping took dirty towels didn't replace with clean, Body wash container was empty housekeeping never replaced. Pool was dirty.

Conveniently located just steps from PNC Park. Room was nice and very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful! Good breakfast buffet included.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room and beds were very comfortable. The location was great for getting to everything and there was a shuttle to the convention center that came by frequently.

The air conditioner did not work in the room we checked into. We asked for another room and they moved us right away. There was not much better in that room. It would run for about five minutes and then shut off for 10, and just repeat the process. The room never got below 78° all night. The beds were terrible., But the room is clean.

Next day as well. When I made this booking, no one advised me of having to pay to park my vehicle. I have stayed at several hotels, such as Hilton and Marriot, etc., and have not had to pay for parking, or it has been advised up front about the parking charges. Here, I was surprised at checkout with a parking fee for 2 days.

Room stinks, pool was not working. Staff were not friendly. Breakfast was bad. Not stay again at this horrible property

We then tried to turn on the TV, but it wasn't working. Since it was already 11:00 PM, we decided to wait until the next morning to report it. We were told it would be fixed while we were out for the day. When we returned about six hours later, it still hadn't been repaired. I asked if there was any type of compensation for the inconveniences, and they did remove the parking charge, which I appreciated. However, I had to go back to the front desk a second time because the first request had not been processed. The location is excellent, and everyone on property with was friendly and helpful. However, the hotel itself could use some updating and better attention to maintenance. The pool was also closed during our stay, which was disappointing.

The room was spacious, perhaps too much so. The bathroom was the only thing that was not great. The toilet paper dispenser was almost unreachable from the toilet, which itself was too low to the ground. Would have readily given up 10-12 sq ft of the room for a walk in shower instead of the tub/shower.

Nice hotel. I had trouble with the televisions not working very well.

The front desk lady was extremely helpful, and the breakfast staff was very friendly and helpful . Great location of Pirate Baseball! I real hotel for a change!

Small pool, and restaurants deals with the hotel were lousy

The parking was a little rough but it was clean, everyone was nice and the breakfast was amazing. The lady tha t works the breakfast was the most kindest, loving person. Spread cheer throughout. Will definitely return
