Springhill Suites by Marriott Pittsburgh North Shore

The Staff was rude and not helpful. Place was dirty, The hallways were never cleaned. The TV would not work. The way to park was terrible. Construction next door. The only thing this hotel has is a good location. Not worth the price we paid.

We stayed here a few years ago and didn’t have any complaints. However, this past weekends stay wasn’t as good. The customer service was lacking, the rooms/bathroom really need an upgrade for the price you’re spending for a gameday weekend.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and had a perfect location for a Steelers game and enjoying the North Shore area!

The rooms are clean but definitely showing some age. The toilet and shower plumbing needs to be updated due to constant leaking. The stairways need some TLC cleaning. Overall, highly recommended!

Clean room and breakfast was great

Our stay was ok for why we came. I liked that it was short distance from PNC park and walking distance to some really nice restaurants. The room itself was just ok. It smelled like mildew and urine and the air felt musty in the room even though they had the air blasting. The bathroom was not that clean, I noticed pee on the side of the toilet. I didn’t want to walk around with no shoes on in the room. The complimentary breakfast was kind of a joke and there were so many people there eating my husband and I didn’t even want to bother with it so we went someplace else to eat. So over all, just ok. We came to watch baseball so the location was the best part about it.

Overall it was great stay.

Great location right next door to PNC Park. Breakfast was great! The bed in my room was too firm to sleep comfortably and there was a considerable amount of noise in the hallway from time to time.

Best hotel on the North Shore to stay at if you’re attending anything at PNC Park

FRONT DESK STAFF….absolutely horrible. I was left on hold 3 times. First time 15 mins, second time 17 mins, third time 25 mins. Finally after getting room at 5:45 I was given keys to the wrong room. PARKING area SMELL outside of hotel (weed & crap)
