A very nice property in downtown Pittsburgh. Walking distance to restaurants and PPG! Great time, staff was excellent to work with!

Check In staff were friendly. Room was adequate size and was clean. Hotel setup is odd. A/C went on and off all night - noise and temperature change made for a terrible night’s sleep. Fire alarm went off at 6:30am and 7:05am. We evacuated the building the first time. There was zero apology from staff for this. Then we went to the breakfast we paid extra for and it was awful.

Very friendly staff from the receptionist at the desk to the bartender. Really enjoyed my stay

The staff knew we came in from a long day of travel, he was extremely accommodating and helpful. We had some issues with the booking since we booked with a third party, however he was able to figure it out in a timely manner. He made the check-in process painless.

The staff was very helpful and suggested some great places to see during our short stay in Pittsburg.

Breakfast was too long to serve. But vrey good hotel with ping pong table!

The location of the property was great. Very close to most all things downtown. Check in was kind of odd as registration is on the 5th Floor. Hallways were very warm. The actual room is nice and was cool. Nice shower and beds. Parking garage is convenient to the hotel across the street. Good experience overall.

Location, facilities, gym, favoured water, coffee Waiting time for breakfast. Made to order breakfast took about 50-60 minutes regardless of arrival time.

The parking garage situation was a little confusing but once I got my bearings it was fine. The area to buy snacks should have bottled water and maybe another beverage choice. There should be disposable cups in the gym to get water at the cooler in case someone does not have a water bottle. One other thing is I had the impression there were microwaves in the room but there wasn’t and in the morning after breakfast I noticed one in the snack area. That should be mentioned on your sight.

Also, the beds! Even locations have the best beds and pillows, I SWEAR! The only noticeable thing was housekeeping. We typically don't need housekeeping during our stays anywhere but this time the restroom tissue box was low on our first night. We could've asked but figured housekeeping would replace. My wife remembers reading something on the door tag saying to remove the do not disturb door tag by 2AM the night before if you needed housekeeping. We always leave the tag on overnight because we tend to sleep in and don't want to be bothered. We did always see housekeeping when leaving but it seems like they'd do a few run throughs. One early morning and one time around the middle of the day 12-2 PM. Not a huge deal but it did seem odd. The only other "issue" was downtown noise. Not an issue for us... it was just city/people/downtown noise, but we could see some people losing their minds. lol. Just something to note.

Very nice place to stay clean and updated rooms . Liked the mood light in the room. Parking was close and you don’t have to check out of parking until 4:00pm

Very funky hotel layout - it's only 2 floors but they're on the 5th and 6th floors and the elevator can be slow. The rooms are spacious and the in-room exercise equipment was kind of nice. But the lobby, restaurant, and other public spaces have no (or severely underpowered?) air conditioning which made it miserable on a hot summer day.

Room was very clean and the staff was professional and cordial. Location was perfect for exploring downtown Pittsburgh

Staff was friendly & helpful, convenient parking, and great location. Everything we needed was in walking distance. Honestly the food had a weird perfume taste and was under cooked. (Breakfast) the options were good just tasted funny.
