Great location. Staff were amazing. Very friendly. Wonderful Experience. We will be staying there for all of our future trips to Downtown Pittsburgh.

The were certain facilities related to on house coffee and I think snacks that were not told before hand.

It was impossible to sleep as the air pump would turn on and off throughout the night. This is a structural issue and not incidental. That room should not be used under such circumstances.

Our stay got off to a fantastic start when a very friendly host checked us in a couple of hours early, which was a huge relief after traveling. The location made exploring the city effortless, putting us within walking distance of the ballpark, local restaurants, and Target, with easy bus access to the airport. Inside, the room was peaceful, clean, and smelled great. The bed and pillows provided a great night's sleep, and the large shower was a big plus. We also really appreciated the on-site convenience store, microwave, and ice machine, as well as the tasty and affordable weekend breakfast buffet. While the view was just an empty courtyard, the TV was a bit dated, and a couple of the soft towels had minor stains, these were very minor things in the grand scheme of a wonderful stay. We would definitely consider staying here again given the great price, quality, and location!
