Very friendly staff from the time we arrived, until the time we departed. Clean lobby restrooms, rooms were clean, stocked with coffee and tea, water for Hilton members. safety was key they took serious. Valet staff were friendly and helpful with directions and getting our car in a timely manner. Front desk very friendly and helpful too from arrival until departure. We will definitely be back.

The staff at the front desk weren’t very personable. There was a water problem and updates were not given. Even though it was 4:00 they weren’t letting people into their rooms. When we were finally allowed into our rooms they didn’t add any additional front desk help. Just one person checking in a long line. We traveled with another couple and asked to be on the same floor. They did not honor this request. Daniel in the bar was very helpful with dining recommendations. The people working the valet were super friendly and helpful. The rooms were small but comfortable and clean! They have a great rooftop area that looks to the river but the bar wasn’t open. It was right off the freeway and easy access around town.

Joinery overall is a great place to stay. In a great location, close to public transit. The HVAC didn’t work in the room.

The rooms were very small and we had no room to put our stuff at all. We couldn’t hang our clothes because we didn’t have a closet. Also the bathroom was small that two people could not get ready at the same time

had trouble finding someone for my very late check in. the parking attendant had to call staff to come to the desk. they were helping someone who was locked out of a room. took about 15 minutes to locate them

Todo queda a distancia de 15 minutos a pie. Fueron tres habitaciones y en una de ellas las toallas eran de microfibra lo que no nos agradó. Preferiría las de algodón. Pero quitando ese detalle insignificante fue un excelente destino que lo recomiendo 100%.

Nice, clean room, just a little small. No real view. Having valet parking on site was really helpful.

The bed was comfortable that was it…… We arrived at 4 o’clock. Our room still was not ready. Apparently there was a water leak. There was construction going on outside all night long with jackhammer could not sleep was not told about it ahead of time we had feces on our toilet seat underneath when we arrived was not clean the vent rattled from the AC unit And the unit was infested with drain flies landing on us all through the night all they offered us was to give us free valet parking….. because apparently the hotel was booked

Checking in took over 2 hours because rooms were ready.

2nd room, lightly larger but dark. No light bulbs in room- it was dark trying to get dressed. Valet stood around playing on their cell phones. They couldn’t make a simple gesture as to open a door while we were full of luggage. Meanwhile the luggage topped over twice into driveway and valet exclaimed they weren’t on the clock. This is our 2nd stay, 5 days total in a month and each time the experience is worse.

Couldn’t check in at 4:00

Disappointed in the stay over considering it being a Hilton. Asked for towels for three days straight never got any. Front staff wasn’t exactly helpful.

The rest of the staff was not good. 4 of us stayed there for 3 nights. Not one time did they come to clean the room. We all asked multiple times and it was never done. One of us was checking in later and his room was not ready at 6pm

Great boutique hotel!

I think the AC was not working right, I set the temp to as low as 67 and it still felt warm. And I felt some weird humid hot air in some parts of the room, probably from upstairs bathroom.
