Very nice hotel, very friendly staff and valet service, convenient and close to PNC Park

It took 20 minutes to check in bc only 1 person was at the desk. Bars were understaffed and out of items. Location was great and staff was friendly

We travelled into town for a reggae music festival and this hotel was the perfect location for us. Though the rooms are on the smallish size, we had everything we needed to be comfortable. Special shout out to the Front Desk❤️My husband woke up feeling ill on the morning of our check out. They gave him an additional 2 hours beyond check out time to sleep before our 2 hour drive home!! Amazing! The rooftop was fabulous to enjoy a cup of coffee in the mornings and to cap off our evenings with stunning views❤️

The valet and front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It was also one of the cleanest rooms I’ve ever stayed. The rooftop terrace is gorgeous; I was up there a lot. I will definitely stay again.

Check-in was painfully slow—unnecessarily so. Late check in time of 4pm is odd. Receptionist was not very friendly. Other than that, all other employees were wonderful. Breakfast is a good value and yummy. Great location.

Intial room shower flooded placed us another room right away. One of the bartenders was a jagoff but Jessica was fantastic.

We had a fantastic time at the Joinery Hotel in Pittsburg! Excellent location, comfortable beds very clean and modern! The rooftop terrace was beautiful! We highly recommend this hotel.

Rooms were SMALL. To the point of being uncomfortable. Staff was pleasant. Stay was covered by employer; if self pay I would have been frustrated with the room for the cost.

The room was clean and a good size for a single traveler. Check-in was a bit hectic with computer issues so I did not get confirmation on my valet. The associate who took care of me did not speak loud enough for me to hear her but I think she lacked a bit of customer service skills. She did not seem confident under the circumstances. I had booked 2 rooms through a third party so I was not thrilled when I found out I was the only person on the 10th floor. With that being said, I did call the hotel directly to confirm my rooms a couple of days prior and was not notified of room placement. I also was not told that I would have to go down steps to get to my room? That would have been an issue if I was not in shape for an elderly person. What a maze the room placements are!!! Wow! You need a road map to navigate ! Ay over priced in my eyes. With all of that said. I would stay there again just for the ease of location! I eould recommend but with the thought of it not being a luxury hotel just because of cramped quarters from elevator to room sizes.
