The staff was great, very good breakfast...the bed was just a little bit to soft for me.

Other than the small luggage carts and the confusing way that Google maps had us pulling up in an alley on the side of the building, this place was great.

We got there super late due to a fire in the tunnel. Staff was super helpful.

Otherwise it was a pleasant stay. Great location, friendly staff, clean room and facilities. Overall good and would stay again.

Easy to get to. Valet parking was a nice option.

Parking was a little confusing. Well maintained property and clean. Our view was a brick wall with partial view of bridge and river, so that was a little disappointing but only stayed one night so not a big deal. Friendly staff!

Every staff member we encountered were delightful. The place was clean, safe and in a great location. Will stay here again.

The room was pretty clean probably one of the cleanest I have ever been. We had an hour delay for checking in but staff was nice and gave us a great room with the nice view of water and bridge. Only issues: one was located at a very noisy location due to being so close to the highway so if you have problems sleeping with noise this is not your place at least that side of the room. The second was their breakfast buffet wasn’t as good as other places I have been to. Parking was slightly an issue because we couldn’t park in front of the hotel with the tight spot being all full once we arrived to get the parking so we had to park in the closes parking lot available and walk with our bags.

Close to down town and it’s super clean Nothing

getting to the actual hotel can be a hassle with all the one way streets and narrow streets. We missed it the first time trying to get to it.
