Easy to get to The beds were like sleeping on a board. Didn't get much sleep

Property was clean and friendly front desk The complimentary coffee near the front desk was not hot. It was cold

Upon entering the hotel, we were greeted by the hotel staff who were very friendly. They gave us directions and it was very easy to find our room. The halls and common areas were clean and tidy. The room was VERY clean. No unpleasant odors or stains. Breakfast was great! I was honestly shocked there were as many options as they had. Checking out was easy and once again the staff were extremely nice! There wasn’t much we didn’t like, but the hotel is like a 15 min drive from most local shopping centers. We also could hear, in our room, everyone in other rooms walking and sometimes talking, but it’s a hotel, what do you expect. It wasn’t overly annoying, just something we noticed.

The room was very spacious and the breakfast was a great perk.

The location is quiet. The bathroom had a piece of wood attached which caused the door to not only shut incorrectly but the friction of the wood piece on the frame sounded like you were prying it open and made a loud noise. The air conditioner sounded like it had a flapping plastic bag inside it. Breakfast offerings were a bit lacking.

The room was clean, had a good breakfast and a very comfortable bed. The coffee was to weak, like it was watered down. The shampoo was not of good quality, hardly lathered up.

Clean, friendly, ease of directions. Housekeeping went out of their way to put a smile on my granddaughter. She brought a blanket and 2 stuffed animals from home. They folded the blanket and set up the stuff animals that's class "A" service. Leaving

Breakfast was fair. The location is tricky to access and leave if you need to head in the opposite direction.

Good

The pool and gym were great places of refuge after a long, hard day of travel. Breakfast was provided and that made meal planning so much easier as you didn’t have to go into town to find someplace to eat first thing in the morning. The A/C was working perfectly. The room was kept clean, the TV had access to all major sporting events and the staff were helpful. It was a bit of a hike to get to the downtown core and the busses don’t run very often, but that’s the price you have to pay in order to save some money on lodging. The good news is that it was just a 2 minute drive down the road from the steepest road in the USA. Nope, it wasn’t in San Francisco, but in Pittsburgh.

The staff was excellent!…indoor pool is a nice feature. Laundry machine needs to be updated.
