It was clean There was no breakfast that we saw during our stay. The pool was already closed down for the season even tho it’s still summer I booked the hotel to let my kids swim inbetween there appointments and it was closed down

Disappointing

All the staff and owners are very polite and respectful

This was terrible I drove out of town two and a half hours to be denied a room without a refund

It was a pretty ordinary hotel, but everything was exactly what I needed. Reasonable price, nice bed, AC, free parking, and even a little bagged breakfast. The location is on a really busy road and the back of it looks out onto some other buildings, so not beautiful, but definitely enough, especially for a single traveler.

The shower was incredibly difficult to to turn on, and frequently went cold during the duration of the shower, making it less than ideal. i was in that hotel for 6 nights, and NEVER, not once did i get ANY housekeeping services. I had requested housekeeping several times to the people working the front desk. The only way i received new towels, was to go to the front desk and ask for fresh ones myself.

Exceptional

The rooms were horrible . I think we were on a basement with no windows & the service sucks . I actually had 2 different rooms 2 different days and I would never stay there again . When we asked could we get our room changed they told us no that was all they had. Never book this hotel

Did not like that we lost power for 3 hours, room was extremely dirty and felt very unsafe. Pipes coming out of wall when showering, and the floors felt like they never been cleaned. Dry blood and boogers on walls. Terrible lighting. Felt very uneasy by getting in bed.

I don't know how I ended up there. Looked for one night stay in the last minute and hit up the button. Property is poorly maintained. There are stains in the bathtub, lamp had broken switch. There are was cheaper option around, my mistake.
