Little upset that there was so staff because our pillows were horrible and only given two, like really flat, so it would have been nice if someone was working so we could be provided with more pillows. The place is so outdated so it looks grimy and dirty but it wasn’t horrible. Bed was comfortable but the top sheet was covered in stains, to the point where i refused to use it. It was also a quiet night so i didn’t hear anyone but the walls are very thin. Water does not get hot and the shower curtains are short so water does get on the floor. AC needs some kind of cleaning or replacing because we woke up with stuffy noses and sore throats, which we didn’t have before arriving. Definitely an inexpensive motel, but it’s for more of like a 1 night stay, maybe in and out, but not good for a longer stay. Plus the whole place smells like cigarettes.

This hotel was a great deal for the money. Conveniently located near several eateries. It's obvious they are remodeling. Will be great once it is done!

Under construction

Was not expecting a keypad lock into the room and takes a bit to learn when not used to it. A few bugs in the bathroom sink on day 1 but washed down the drain with no returns. Very basic set up with a bed, tv and fridge but not much else. Great to just lay your head when you have to be away all day but not to stay in during poor weather. Wish someone said we had access to the garage, also, but stayed parked outside since was not told how that amenity works. For what my weekend was, would consider it again but not top choice

The staff at the establishment were great, but the facilities - specifically the bathroom - were not the cleanest.

Hotel was very sketchy. Very dated but clean enough. My issue was with a maintenance issue we had. Our shower was leaking heavily on the floor so we informed them and asked for more towels. They asked to come into the room to inspect while we were away, and we obliged. When we returned to the room late that evening, we found our door wide open and no towels left in the room at all, not even a hand towel. We texted them the issues since there is no front desk person past a certain time. They in turn said we had left the door open so the maintenance guy left it open to? That’s blatant lie. Then they tried to say they knocked on our door to give us towels but we didn’t answer. What a joke. Stay away from this place. Thankfully we didn’t find anything stolen, and the plumbing issue was still not fixed after all that.

One thing I would say that it does smell like the rooms have been previously smoked in. We never saw or talked to a staff member. Check in was done online and they text me a code for the door. I would definitely book again for the same purpose.

Liked location. Staff went above and beyond. Very friendly, helpful and responded to emails and texts promptly. Close to T so convenient to go into city. King bed very comfortable. We brought own pillows so cant speak for those. Nice to stay for a couple days!

Locks wouldn’t open on doors. Switched to another room but could definitely smell the cigarette smoke from previous tenant. Music was blasting from 4:30am to 6:30 am

We went to check in and they didn’t have a room for us. Said the 3rd party companies overbooked them. Seemed odd considering they sent a message at 3:49 pm asking for photo ID to get us set up for check in.
-
Nice staff just wish they had more amenities, & beware of ticks since it’s a heavily wooded area :(. Easy check in and check out though!

When I arrived, I was told that the hotel was overbooked by 9 rooms thus far that day. I was forced to find another hotel. The manager told me it was not their fault, but "Expedia's" fault. Seems doubtful, but whatever. Shifting blame is never a good practice. Own your mistakes...

It was a very good experience and I will be back if I'm ever in the area.

The room was simple but clean. That said, I stayed there for five days and nobody ever came by to change the sheets or give me clean towels. Because the office hours were limited and I was out for much of every day there was no person on site that I could ask about this. As other guests have stated, the water was not exactly hot, more like lukewarm, so not an enjoyable shower experience. If you are looking for a VERY basic and absolutely no frills place to stay that's on the cheaper side this might be a good place for you.

Drove 6 hours to have the desk lady tell me that I cancelled 2 months ago. Absolutely a lie. She says Expedia notified her saying I canceled. Impossible seeing that I booked it thru Hotels.com. It was draft weekend in Pittsburgh. They new they could charge more so they lied and said I canceled so they could make more money off someone else. Of course they had 1 room available but couldn’t honor the price that I booked mine at. Fortunately I was able to find a nice hotel at the same price she tried to scam me for. It was frustrating it a blessing in disguise. This hotel is rundown, dirty and unsafe.

This place has so much potential, the top bed covers had several cigarette burns, the room smelled like marijuana. The tv was useless because wifi did not work. They dont explain that you need to lock your room by pressing a button. Takes 10 minutes for their system to reach door locks. So you cant get in room and leave your stuff. Because if you leave, your door wont lock. There are people in the garage that look homeless and washing their clothes by the entrance. Don’t bring ur family, if you are a man and dont care about conflict then this place is perfect. They can definitely do better. And they should

Staff is only there until 8pm, the rooms floor was sticky, the toilet leaked water everything you flushed out the side, the sheets had stains and multiple cigarette burns. 3 floors up and elevator broken. Never again.

Parking lot was not very spacious
-
The toilet leaked and the towel bar fell apart. The hallways smelled of smoke. Walls very thin, you can hear people three doors down. Didn’t leave enough towels. However, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great place to stay
