Sheraton Pittsburgh Hotel at Station Square

Missed first inning of ballgame I traveled for, no key to get to the pool, plus was told parking ticket would be stamped causing me to pay additional twenty four $.

I requested early check-in 2 months ago. Not only was this not addressed but we didn't get a room until 4:45. For the price of the room that is unacceptable. Bathroom door made of plywood would not even close.

Easy access to stadiums and downtown Nothing, loved it

The location next to the Monongahela Incline and across the bridge from downtown Pittsburgh. It has a restaurant, a coffee bar, and a gift shop. We stayed on a Saturday night and it was very noisy due to several weddings. Restaurant food was only ok, and our room felt too humid - floors felt sticky. Parking garage is $$ and breakfast is not included.

Friendly, nice atmosphere Mattress was stained. A/C unit was very noisy, made chirping sound.

The pillows smelled really bad. Terrible night sleep with no pillow and thinking the sheets were not changed. Housekeeper changed the pillow cases next day. Ice machine was broken.

Went so my kids could swim but the air inside the pool room was freezing! The water was as well… freezing! didn’t want to swim. No other complaints.

Location was convenient to the activity I had planned. I was able to want to the Clipper. The price was really high for the quality of the hotel. On top of the high price, I had to pay additional for parking. The hand held shower nozzle was broken. The bottom of the doors were broken and peeling off. My room was near the elevator and the noise was so bad I hardly got any sleep.

Location was good for our stay. Our television remote didn’t work right and they never brought us a new one.

Locations perfect. The atmosphere is perfect The elevators are so slow. The rooms are way too dated for the price. I will stay downtown in a more up to date hotel for probably cheaper money.

The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping did an excellent job with cleaning. Nice to have coffee in the room. We had a wonderful stay and appreciate having a spotless room and comfortable beds and a very nice tv. Room is also spacious. With happy friendly staff. Our only recommendations is the shower head pressure. Thank you for a fantastic weekend away from home
