Good hotel

Perfect family beach vacation location! Great beach and fun pool (for some sand-free swimming). The King-suite had a balcony and direct access to the beach. Older hotel, but great value for a family with kids.

Beach area in disarray compared to surrounding properties. Garbage all over the property. Room very outdated with stained carpet. View of beach area in great location but could not use balcony seating due to being covered with dead insects.

Motel very out dated ,though the bath shower and beds were clean the room had a musty smell, pool was not very clean nor was the hot tub, these rooms are just ok for a quik stop over but I wouldnt recommend for extended stay,very few rooms have an actual water front or bridge view, also we had 10 days booked in to stay but after a family emergency came up requiring us to leave 2 days early the motel refused to refund or credit any part of the 2 days

We loved the fact ot was right by the water and completely affordable. Enjoyed our mini vacation away for the 4th.

If you like bugs and infestation, the insect inn is for you. Moldy mattress and stale envoirment. So if collecting moisture and sleeping in a colony is your thing . This is for you. The pictures make this place look worth it fooled us hard.

The room was dirty. My feet were black on the bottom from walking around after my shower. There were places in the ceiling they patched but left the tape on. The pool wasn’t available first day. Pictures on their site are nothing like the rooms. No coffee in room. A few snacks sold in the office. Tv was not 43”. The bed sheets and comforter were made wrong. Sideways. The amenities included small bottle of shampoo & conditioner both already opened and used. No bar soap. Ac was a broken down window unit. Carpet was wet in the morning. Plunger next to the shower to help drain. Horrible room.

The room was in a condemned hotel, they bought and opened. No upgrades, the bed was broken and we slept slanted sideways. The property was not groomed and the beach was weedy. The room was only cleaned surface, but don't dig too far.. yuck !!! Shame on the owner for putting any one in these rooms, not fit for a dog... Would have been better in a tent...

We did not stay because the room smelled like mold, the carpet was still wet from cleaning, and the furniture was in bad shape. It did not make us feel like things were clean, so we went somewhere else.

I AM TRULY DEMANDING A REFUND AND WILL NOT HESITATE TO KEEP ON INSISTING ON REFUND1

The front desk staff was good about getting us enough towels for the 4 people that were registered in the room & also some soap & shampoo that was missing from the room. The location was fine, right on the beach, & just outside of the main town area...it was a little too far for us to walk to, but younger people may be able to do it. Overall, I was disappointed with the motel, but it was cheap.

The view was amazing! Ill definitely be back! The Gm was super helpful and very friendly!

Being right on the beach was amazing. The buildings are very out dated and worn, but clean. However, You can tell that they are trying there best to update the rooms. Considering the price it was well worth staying here.

This is a bare minimum inn. For the price for 1 night. Not worth it at all stay someplace else.

The room was clean and well taken care of. it was a nice place by the beach and the balcony meant i could sleep with the door open on the lake and that was great! the staff was great with any questions or needs i had. the only down sides were the beds were very old and not very comfortable and there was little parking near to my room. everything else was great for the price! Thank you!

The rooms were cleaned but in need of updating and repairs. The hot tub was green and we were told the pool wasn’t holding the heat. The pool area, was extremely ran down. Check in was easy and the gentleman was very friendly. If you’re looking for a budget friendly stay and don’t mind an outdated property, this is a good choice.

Absolutely nothing! The pictures of what we were suppose to get were not what we got. I specifically asked when checking in if it was a cabin, he said yes and we were getting a free upgrade. I again asked if it was a cabin, he said “yes yes”. We got a dump. Actually the entire place is a dump. I am disabled, we had beach view on the 3rd floor. The place stunk like mildew, main door locked but we had to put something in front of it because looked like someone tried to break in and was not secure. Beds were like sleeping outside. We didn’t dare open the balcony door, was bug infested on the screens, full of spiders and webs. Pool was closed the entire stay due to “chemicals being added”. I was having trouble with the website getting our ferry tickets so my husband went to office. We also had our 4year old granddaughter which is free on ferry. Manager argued with my husband, he wanted to charge us $20.00 for her when my husband kept saying she’s free. We went right to the Arnold dock for tickets and she was free. Absolute waste of money in the dump. It’s a complete scam!! Everything

No breakfast. Beds so old could feel the springs. Broken chair leg. Remote was not the right one for the TV. Had to turn on manually and only got 3 channels. Misleading.
