Good location ,nice hotel

The outdoor pool is a great idea but definitely needs work and requires a good cleaning. You can't see the bottom of the pool. The best part is the location to restaurants, shops, and beach.

The hotel layout is one of the most odd layouts I have seen. We stayed on the ground level but the rest of my family stayed on the fourth floor. You had to go in through an unlocked side door, up three flights of stairs (or use the elevator to the third floor) go through a side door past an eerily empty dining space, up a fourth and final set of stairs to the fourth floor. Very strange. The hotel itself is in need of many updates and maintenance. The outside pool area is pretty gross and the water is very murky. The indoor pool and play area is ok.

I will give this place 0 star if there’s an option!

No toilet paper dispenser, the curtain for the shower is too short, main room light extremely dim, no trash can in the bathroom. Place smells funky. Good location

Great people and property

Very disappointing stay. The room was in poor condition—the refrigerator, closet, bathroom shower, and even the toilet paper holder were broken or damaged. The room also did not feel clean. Another major inconvenience was that there is no elevator to the 4th floor. The biggest issue, however, was the customer service. The staff was rude and unhelpful. When we raised our concerns, we were simply told to "book somewhere else," but they were not willing to cancel or offer any assistance. They showed no interest in resolving the issues or making our stay better. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. I would not recommend staying here.

For the rooms and the amenities they need a little updating and some repairs but other then that they were decent and still had a great time I will definitely will stay again in the future

The room itself was cool, having the bedroom and extra beds was nice. I hope they fix the bathroom door though, it was hard to close because it scraped on the floor.

The room smelled like 10 day old clothes left ima dryer. It was disgusting. On the balcony there were so many dead bugs my daughter almost puked

This room was amazing! The nicest that my kids have ever seen before. Booking through Expedia helped make it greatly affordable. The front desk was very helpful and the hotel itself was clean. The waterpark was a huge perk and the fact that you could go to the other waterpark down the road also made it even more fun for the kids.

No elevator to the 4th floor. Layout of the hotel was not accommodating. No breakfast served at this hotel, they tell you they partnered with restaurants down the street to buy one get one free. Room was dated & not the cleanest. When trying to check out nobody was working the front desk.

Easy check in and out. Very convenience and within walking distance to all restaurants and tourists shops. Friendly staffs.

Honestly a great stay for what you pay, staff is all super kind and we were even able to check in two hours early! Pool was okay and the hot tub wasn’t bad.

The best and nicest staff

Room accommodation was not ideal, we were on the 4th floor. Elevator only went up to the 3rd floor then you had to walk across a ramp and carry your luggage up a flight of about 15 stairs. No ac in the common areas of that part of the hotel. Room was old & dingy, bathroom door made loud noises when being closed not a big deal until you closed it in the middle of the night and everyone woke up. Room door had a big gap between the frame & door. Also pools didn’t open until 11:30am. Definitely never going back to that hotel.
