To top off everything- our first morning there the toilet was clogged and their answer to the issue was to hand my husband a plunger! I would NEVER recommend this hotel. I am beyond disappointed.

This was a basic inexpensive hotel. Keep your shoes on in the room because the carpets are old and sticky. However, it was a good location and was sufficient. There is no breakfast though, just granola bars and coffee. The staff was great and the pool was nice.

Except the air conditioner which was making the hell of a noise, everything was good. The front end staff was excellent and really helpful and polite in every way.

Easily accessible parking. No wait time at the front desk. Our nighttime latch was broken when we arrived, notified the staff and stepped out to eat. It was fixed when we came back to the room. Worth every penny. Convenient to docks and walking distance to shopping district.

We stayed in a jacuzzi room for our anniversary. I loved the view out to the lake. However, there were so many mayflies on the chairs and the screen door that we couldn't go outside. The front desk lady was very friendly. The pool was a little cool but not freezing. You got used to it fairly quickly. The hot tub was nice. As far as I knew, there wasn't a breakfast option, but we woke up late and ate down the street. The bed was very firm, and the pillows were very soft. It made sleeping a little uncomfortable, but not terrible. The whole room is carpeted, even by the jacuzzi tub, so we were careful not to overfill the tub and get water on the floor. The main complaint was the water temperature. My husband said that when he turned the water to hot, it was so hot that he almost severely burned his hand. He had to run it under cold water for a few minutes. Only keep the temperature knob at about 1:00 - don't go too far left or you will burn yourself!
