Great location. Could use some dusting to get rid of cob webs and spiders. Overall clean and comfy.

Beautiful patio view of the beach and lake. Wish the pool slide was still up, but kids still enjoyed the pool. Helpful staff.

First pulling up to the building it has an amazing view and beautiful, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the indoor water park was great, an amazing experience

I didn’t get a chance to check out the water park. From what I could see, the slide was missing, but luckily the beachfront made up for it and gave us a great place to relax. I also appreciated that the hotel is pet-friendly. Parking was a bit of a mess, as there weren’t clearly marked parking lines, making it confusing to know where to park. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.

Hotel was good overall. The only downside was that there was no microwave in the room; instead, there was a shared microwave downstairs in the common area for all guests. I wish there had been a microwave in the room. Other than that, the beach view from the balcony was amazing, and the indoor pool was excellent for kids to enjoy and have fun.

The water park also doesn’t open until 12pm so that is very lame.

The hotel beach front was very nice, their is no breakfast like the listing said, the water park and pool and hottub is not like the pictures in the listing, its very dated and the pool and hottub were very dirty and not maintained.

Water park was the worst and the big slides were broken and the pool they went to was half empty and with dirty water

Our stay was wonderful from check in to check out! The waterpark is clean and filled with fun! The location was perfect for soaking in the beautiful views. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. It was a pleasure to experience the benefits of halving a great leader in charge, that trickles down to the newest employees dealing with customer service interactions and providing the upmost quality service possible! We can’t wait to return! Thank you!

The room although we didn't get the balcony view I had requested,was really nice. The shower was excellent. Staff were friendly,we got the shuttle to the ferry right at the hotel. They had dinner and breakfast coupons for us as well,as they do not serve breakfast.

The location is good. It’s close to downtown, beach is just a few steps away and has indoor swimming pool. The smell as soon as you enter the lobby is awful. When we enter the room the smell is worse, it’s like a smell of wet towel left for days, we had to buy lysol and spray it in every single corner of the room to remove the odor. And the room is dirty, there are still candies (besides all the dusts)on the floor behind the bedside table and dusts are in every corner.

There is nothing good about this hotel. Very dated rooms, bad smell, always out of stuff like hot water, coffe. They dont even have a kitchen at all. We had to skip breakfast and went out for lunch. Most rides were not working in their Waterpark. This is really not a pet friendly hotel. You cant leave your pet in the hotel to have a nice dinner in a restaurant. They dont allow. Everything.

Room was clean, staff was friendly, we had an amazing beach view. It was nice having the indoor water park when the weather turned.

it was clean rooms but not really a water park at all no slides for adults kiddie splash pad was not working no water park could use a lot of remodeling

1. very friendly and helpful staff, easy access to beach back side of hotel, reasonable water park area for kids and adults.The price is less compared to other similar hotels.but example best Hampton hotel charges $200 with breakfast buffet. this hotel charges $100 with no breakfast.
