Loved the hot tub and kids loved water park. Water park a long walk to destination and combined hotels use same water park not to busy. Crown royal was main and I seen the room much better
-
There was no breakfast available

Good price for what you get. No perks except for sharing the water park with the sister hotel. It was pleasantly not crowded. Staff was friendly

Clean room, friendly staff

The room was clean.we enjoy the water park, the hot tub and the pool was all good
-
This hotel was very well kept and nicely updated . Very clean the only 2 set backs are there was no microwave and the water was only luke warm, couldn’t get it hot in any of our rooms
-
It’s very old, had a stench, the sauna doesn’t work, the shampoo finishes in 2 squeezes, the elevator shakes when moving the slightest. 2/10 wouldn’t recommend for a good time."

It took us a little while to find the pool area, and we noticed there was no lifeguard on duty. Because of that, we saw several people diving into the pool even while children were swimming, which was concerning. It was also a bit inconvenient that there were no clocks throughout the facility. Our room was spacious and mostly clean. However, I was disappointed that there was no liner in the ice bucket, and I found a hair between two plastic cups. Overall, we didn’t spend much time at the hotel other than sleeping, so these issues did not significantly affect our trip. The hotel met our basic needs, and the staff provided excellent customer service.

It was dirty and not updated

This property is extremely outdated. However it is right across the street from Arnold ferry to mackinaw island. Also close to dining options.

Friendly and helpful staff and very nice room. We especially liked the bathroom facilities including the sink all being in the bathroom itself. We really love its location across the street from the ferry ride to the island.
-
Great location for walking right across the street to Armstrong ferry. They are dog friendly. We had a small dog and paid a $25 dog fee. Our room needed some love but was just fine for sleeping. We may have been given a dog friendly room so it may have been not as well kept as others. The lamp cord looked chewed on and some of the headboard lighting didn’t work. Would stay again for a stopover but nothing more.

Have stayed here a few times, and the conditions were what I expected. Hot tub was not working the first night I stayed. That was disappointing. Hot tub and waterpark, were working the rest of my trip. Rooms are somewhat dated. Not very clean. We only stay here because of the waterpark for the kids. It’s OK for a few nights. Looked at a room at the Crown Choice next-door. Will be staying there next time.

Waterpark doesn’t open until 2 which is a bummer but the beach is across the way. Beds are clean and comfortable. Bathrooms lack drying lines for wet clothes. The kitchenette that is advertised for the suite is nothing more than an average hotel room kitchen… it just has more cabinets. Do plan on bringing a hot plate if you want to cook in your kitchen. Staff are helpful and accommodating.

Staff was an absolute delight and such a great location, discount for Arnold ferry right across the street and a 5 min walk to Mackinaw Crossings
-
Room was clean and no moldy smells. Waterpark area was ok, hot tub and sauna were hot.
-
Room was fine for the most part. Bathroom toilet was broken free from the floor, hot water ran out very quickly. Outlets were in poor shape and the hot tub and sauna were broken. The hot tub started to smell of sewer water.

The lady at the front desk is the best ever! It's dirty! No hot water for a shower.
