I really enjoyed this property. The room was clean, the staff was helpful, breakfast was really good. The only thing I would say Is that the parking was a little hard to grasp since we had to park near the top of the parking deck. But overall it was a great stay

Second time here. Great staff, free upgrade, clean and quiet room. Loved that there was always coffee, teas and hot water in the lobby. This place made our stay very smooth!

All the staff were very nice and friendly. The room was clean and neat, but small for a Hampton Inn. The morning after I arrived I had to take a cold shower because the water would not get warm and the tub drained very slowly so I was standing in water. The toilet ran constantly. I reported the cold shower to the front desk person when I went down for breakfast and they said they would get someone up there to fix it. I left for the day. The next day I had to take another cold shower. I went down for breakfast, but the lady who checked me in was not there and I wanted to speak with her so I left for the day. When I returned she was there and I asked if there was a report that I needed maintenance in my room and she didn't see anything. So I told her that I had to take a cold shower for 2 days and that no one had fixed the problem. She apologized and said their maintenance person had quit the day before. She moved me to another room that was much better and removed my parking fee. The breakfast was great and the pool was nice. All in all it was a good stay, but not what I'm accustomed to from Hampton Inns.

This hotel met all of our needs. Great staff, good breakfast and excellent location. And plenty of convenient parking. If I return to this area I’d definitely try to stay at this location.

A beautiful, well-appointed hotel with friendly staff and an excellent location

I was blessed with a suite which was fantastic. Equipped with microwave, mini frig, giant TV and lots of room. Plenty of amenities. Room and bathroom were both very clean. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast plus warm cookies in the evening. Very close to downtown, many restaurants and UNC campus. I was very pleased with my four night stay. Only moved my car once and walked everywhere.

The first room that we got was a suite so there was a couch in the room, upon entering the room it felt off. Maybe like there was furniture missing. The furniture wasn't in the proper place, lined up with the artwork, it looked funny. But also there was a rip in the couch and it was stained. One of the curtains was broken, the lamp shade was broken. We had a wonderful stay here last year but this year it felt a little gross. I am not sure if management changed or anything, I am just surprised by giving anyone a room that looked that way. We asked to change rooms and they gladly helped us. When we changed rooms it was much much better. Then I felt more comfortable in the room. The hallways are weirdly warm, like maybe there isn't central air? and the carpets in the hallways on both floors that we were on were warped, like wrinkled and not flat to the ground. Just little things that made it feel not very taken care of. Our first stay we really loved it and felt like, yes we will come back! After this stay we probably will look for another place to stay next year to see if we have a better outcome. Or maybe they are just about to renovate and update the place? We enjoyed our trip to Chapel Hill and the hotel is fine, just not the best.

Clean room. Good water pressure. Very comfortable bed. Courteous staff. Good free breakfast. Parking is $20.

Pretty nice hotel. Good location, pet friendly. It sucked that it was paid parking, and no fridge nor microwave in rooms. You can pay for less and have more elsewhere. Breakfast was great though. Staff was friendly.

We stayed here while in town for a wedding. The proximity to the rehearsal and venue were perfect. Our family had the best time. Thank you!

No hot water for shower/bath, didn’t like that we had to park on 4th and 5th floor of parking garage each time we parked our car. Then walk down and go into hotel.

Ok Handicap room too far from elevator. Not enough hot water in shower.

The hotel is very close to everything you need. Walking distance to a lot of things. Very friendly staff.
