Quiet, Clean, easy in and out parking in the heart of Chapel Hill!

I think the beds could use a refresh. They are a little bit hard compared to similarly prices hotels that I have stayed in elsewhere.

When I did she lied to me and stated everyone was told about the party upon check in That was not true in our case. She was very non caring and almost made me feel like I should have known better. I have never been treated like that in any hotel. I will never stay in that hotel again. Im putting it out on all social media. Terrible

First, the hotel itself is beautiful, modern, exceptionally clean, comfortable, and in an amazing Chapel Hill location. It is incredibly convenient to restaurants, shopping, UNC, and everything the area has to offer. For what became an extended stay for us, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to call home. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the staff. From the front desk and housekeeping to everyone we encountered throughout our stay, the entire team was outstanding. They were consistently friendly, helpful, compassionate, and genuinely caring. This wasn’t simply good customer service, they went above and beyond for us during a time when that kindness really mattered. Over the course of two weeks, you get a much different perspective than you would during a one- or two-night stay. We had the opportunity to interact with many members of the team, at different times and on different days, and the experience was remarkably consistent. There is clearly a culture here of taking care of people, and it shows. We are incredibly grateful to everyone at the AC Hotel Chapel Hill for making an unexpected and difficult couple of weeks so much easier. The beautiful property and location make this a great hotel, but the people are what make it exceptional. We won’t forget how well you took care of us.

The room was great, however the under hotel parking is not the greatest if you have a truck or larger vehicle due to tight turns especially the entrance and exit.
