Graduate by Hilton Chapel Hill

I did not like the parking garage. I used the handicapped space with my placard and was still charged nightly. Most places do not charge.

I was so greatly and pleasantly surprised by how nice this hotel is. My room was really large, with a nice seating area and a big terrace open to the stars and overlooking Franklin Street. The shower was really big and very strong water pressure, giving me a nice back massage with my morning shower. The location can't be better, so close to campus and also great restaurants and bars on Franklin Street. But the highlight was when i had a family emergency, the woman at the front desk showed incredible kindness and helped us out. Absolutely recommend this hotel,it's really the best in Chapel Hill no doubt.

Very good

The water did not drain in the shower, the toilet paper holder was rusted and gross, the shower doors were old and grimed at the seams, there were no extra pillows or blankets to be found in the room. For the price I expected more. Place is run down and it shows.

It was phenomenal!

Passable

I was very impressed with this hotel. It has great charm. It is in a very lively “college town” environment, with excellent coffee shops, dining variety, live music venues. If ever in the Chapel Hill area, I would check availability here first.

Did not have breakfast at the hotel but the location was perfect for my senior to see if Chapel Hill is a place she sees herself for college. The basketball court on our floor was an amazing surprise. Could use a fan in the room.

Exceptional

So close to everything and very safe

Such a convenient location when visiting UNC! My favorite hotel in Chapel Hill.

Very nice stay looking forward to staying again next year !

Nice cozy room with a decent sized balcony. Welcoming lobby. Great location walkable to downtown. Front desk could be more friendly at check in, no introduction given. Hotel felt a little dated in terms of bathrooms, carpet and fixtures. Parking garage could use a re-route and charging $27 a night to park seems excessive. Free street parking was easy, but this was in July when student body presence was limited.

The Graduate outdid themselves with this one, My husband and I love Graduate hotels and have visited a few others, but this one blew us out of the water. The decor was perfect, the carpet basketball court was a fun touch (and yes we actually played on it!), the balcony was massive and overlooked Franklin Street, and the walkability to campus and all the best restaurants was perfect!

We enjoyed definitely enjoyed our stay.

Loved the friendly staff and fun design elements. Hated the air conditioning, which was extraordinarily loud.

Close to everything, convenient patking and very helpful staff. Great themed rooms!

I think for sanitation purpose the coffee stirrers should be sealed or wrapped like the ones they give you at McDonalds. The staff are nice and helpful. Property is clean and maintained well.

Clean, quiet, great staff!
