Good service and staff , Christina on the front desk was very helpful and coprativve

The only issue we had was housekeeping did not clean our room one day. My husband paid housekeeping extra money to clean our room when we left for the day and it was not done.

We booked this stay mainly for the pool, the stated we needed bracelets to enter the pool. We went back to the front to get our bracelets to then later see that everyone at the pool did not have any on. It was over crowded and very dirty. There was no towels and we let security know we waited he said he would call someone to bring towels. We waited over 30 mins and they never showed up with towels we were unable to enjoy the pool area due to it being very dirty and over crowded. I expressed this to the front desk and all they could say was I’m sorry. This was a horrible stay.

Staff was great! We especially liked the warm chocolate chip cookie at check in . The restaurant on site was delicious. I recommend the burger!! We only stayed for one night so we could catch a cruise ship the next day. Definitely coming back.

The shower head was noylt sealed and was spraying water to the ceiling above the toilet, the towel drying hook was halfway pulled out, the toilet paper holder was halfway off also. Breakfast was also $26 per person for overcooked scrambled eggs, flimsy bacon and sausage, yogurt, and toast, lacking any waffle or french toast. Not worth it

Absolutely a wonderful experience overall. The entire property was very well maintained.

I stay here anytime I have events in Long Beach. Easy check-in; rooms are nice. Beds are comfy. It's super convenient to get right on the freeway also. Would recommend to anyone who wants ease and comfort. 10-minute drive to DT Long Beach or Queen Mary.

First time in LA and staff was very helpful about getting to attractions and places to eat. The hotel is close enough to the airport. Plenty of parking. Rooms were clean and staff was nice

However 25$ breakfast not worth it- passion fruit juice was made from powder orange juice was not your fresh it was subpar, the tax and tip about $33 for breakfast - way too much, this hotel needs to make breakfast free as it is or if you charge $25 then better selection of food & improve the quality! Otherwise I am recommending it also hand a way of letting people use plates cups utensils since there’s a mini fridge & some people would like to warm up left overs
