The bed was very comfortable and it was decently clean. The shower was prone to flooding though and it made the whole bathroom floor wet. Also it wasn’t the quietest place I’ve stayed, could hear people next door kinda loud but I was so tired I slept through it. Overall okay for the price.

Convenient location, just off the freeway and close to a small plaza of shops and restaurants across the street. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good selection of fruits, scrambled eggs, breads/muffins, and fruit juices. Coffee served by attentive staff.

Clean rooms nice staff the $150 deposit and $10 parking is a little ridiculous for $200 a night rooms

Great and clean hotel; bed was incredibly comfortable!

Location was great, staff was nice as well. There were ants in our room, climbing in the desk and beds. Once reported, the staff moved us to another room. The new room had some leaking underneath the bathroom sink

Overall, this hotel is nice, but it could have been better. Our room's bathroom floor has little spots on it, like the floor was not mopped. We could not turn off the AC fan, and the room had a slight mildew smell when we arrived.

Nothing special about this property. I expected more being a Double Tree property. Bath tub would t hold water and the Air Conditioner worked only part of the time so it didn't maintain a cooler temperature. It would get hot then cool off then get hot again.

When we checked in they told me that we have to paid for the breakfast 😭

The only issue we had was housekeeping did not clean our room one day. My husband paid housekeeping extra money to clean our room when we left for the day and it was not done.

Christine is a wonderful person at heart she deserves a raise. The food is great the wings were bomb

We booked this stay mainly for the pool, the stated we needed bracelets to enter the pool. We went back to the front to get our bracelets to then later see that everyone at the pool did not have any on. It was over crowded and very dirty. There was no towels and we let security know we waited he said he would call someone to bring towels. We waited over 30 mins and they never showed up with towels we were unable to enjoy the pool area due to it being very dirty and over crowded. I expressed this to the front desk and all they could say was I’m sorry. This was a horrible stay.
