This is the worst experience I've had at any hotel! There were COCKROACHES crawling on the floor. I couldn't sleep because I was worried they would get on the bed and crawl on me. I stayed at this hotel for a business trip. There were no "Do Not Disturb" signs in the room. When I left to go to work for the day, the hotel staff came into my room and went through my suitcase. I organize my clothes in my suitcase a certain way, and it was all messed up when I opened it. They must have been looking for money or jewelry. Luckily, I didn't leave anything like that in there. I went to the front desk to complain about it, and the man working there called me a liar multiple times. He refused to do anything about it. He was very rude and unprofessional! I asked for a manager and he said there was no manager available. Also, they give you a paper "parking permit" and tell you that you have to put it on your dashboard when you park. I put the permit on my dashboard and when I came out to my car after only a few hours being parked there, they had put a notice under my windshield wiper. It said that I had a parking violation and they will be towing my car away. I went to the front desk again. They gave me another permit, put tape on it, and told me to tape it on the inside of my windshield instead of putting it on the dashboard. Again, I couldn't sleep because of the cockroaches and from being worried that I would wake up in the morning and my car would be gone. This place was a nightmare!

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! They’re not cleaning the beds properly. Within 2 hours of check in I started feeling itchy when I was laying on the bed and immediately called for the sheets to be changed, even after the sheets were changed I still ended up with the worse skin rash I’ve ever had in my life!! Had to leave immediately the next morning because I couldn’t sleep due to the rashes and itching. I don’t know if they’re either not cleaning the bedding properly (or at all) or if whatever detergent they use caused my skin to react like this, either way I wouldn’t risk staying here.

We’re only staying 1 night. Front desk was super helpful and nice!!! He took care of me even though expedia had already cancelled my reservation. The pool looked super clear and clean. This hotel is not the fancies but if you just need a place to sleep definitely keep this one in mind super clean, FELT SAFE, plenty of things walking distance to eat or go to if you need to pass time:)

We stay at this property a lot when we come out to LA. So it’s always a good and clean.

Had a lot of homeless people around that where off drugs off and on the property. Smelt like weed in the hallways and cigars in the room. The parking sucked if you wanted to park you had to be back before 8pm or else your parking in the back next to the ditch and more homeless. Walls has some mole or liquid splash on it. Beds were clean. TV was outdated. WiFi sucked and was slow. Staff was friendly and cool. Had a lot of homeless people around that where off drugs off and on the property. This place is always nice

Not the same as it used to be.., security or non security is scare to get other occupants to kill music/ loud noise after midnight, if your Indian or whatever they are they will treat you with respect not racist just going on what I’ve seen used to come here all the back in the days

We were cordially greeted by the owner when we arrived. He made sure all our needs were taken care of as we were traveling with my elderly mother with mobility issues. The staff was all so accommodating and kind. The property was super clean, no bugs, wonderful sheets and beds. All doors are interior entry from a hallway, which I love. It felt very secure and safe. Also, walking distance to Starbucks and several places to eat, with a mall right across the street. We will definitely be back next time we are in the area!
