Guy at the front counter needs to improve his people skills. No customer service whatsoever. I told him about the noise from a large group traveling in the 1 st floor towards the back. I feel I should of been moved , but he had no common sense to do so. I stayed before I like the property and the safety around but that person does not change his attitude. He needs to learn he works in customer service and we are paying customers . Upper management should speak to him unless he's the owner. Being a platinum member of this app is am not content with my stay due to me not being able to get my rest. Thanks for listening

Great stay, friendly staff

I was treated badly by staff. Very unprofessional.

Has a lot of potential. There were over 20 hairs in the bedding / room (they refused to give me a different room, so I asked for new bedding, which was also covered in hair). The mini fridge had a hair hanging from the shelf. Hair on the bath towels and what looked like facial hair in the sink.

I booked a roll in shower and after paying deposit for room I wheeled my wheelchair to room to find no roll in shower bathtub only

Water didn't get hit and AC didn't blow cold said would invest,never did just took our money

We been waiting for hour many hours, We have booking confirmation at booking.com but the staff wont let me in and saying our payment is declined, I showed the confirmation but the attendant said the problem is from booking.com, Not ever again so disappointment of this property.

Convenient location to shopping and park and ride to get to long beach waterfront. Quiet area. Cockroach wandered into our room. Pot smell in the hallways. No do not disturb signs so housekeeping constantly knocking. Motel exterior doors open for anyone to walk in my anytime. Pillows were flat, asked for extras and wells told there weren't any. 4 flat pillows for 3 adults, not awesome. Front desk people were not helpful.

Room was moderately clean but had absolutely no sound privacy. We were next to a storage room and door to the outside and it was so loud with people traffic. We ended up leaving a night early because we couldn't sleep there. On top of that, our $100 deposit was kept. No emailed folio with charges and no notification that there was any reason to keep it. Definitely don't recommend this hotel.

The property is old and it shows. Clean enough but the sheets on one of the beds had stains. They ran out of towels and pillows Saturday because they were "sold out" according to the front desk staff. The sink was clogged and drained very slowly and they did not attempt to fix it during our 3 day stay. The location was great, close to shopping and the freeway.

Great location We had four people in our room for 3 nights and they only kept giving us three towels. And then when I kept calling for extra towels, nobody ever answered the phone in front office. So I had to go track down people to get towels, pretty much not so happy about that at all. But other than that it was all good.
