Only issue is the remodeling, could not enjoy the amenities.

When we went to check into the hotel we were told we couldn’t stay there. They gave us a piece of paper that we were to bring to the Holiday Inn near LAX for a nights stay. When asked why, they just said “so you will have a better experience”. We just flew in from NY after working all day and were very tired. Now we had to travel to a different hotel and our cab ride was not covered by the hotel. We were never called or emailed to notify us that we would need to stay in a different location. They never told us what the real issue is, my assumption is that they either over booked the hotel or there was some kind of maintenance emergency, either way there was no communication before we arrived at the hotel, we were forced to take a second cab which the hotel should have covered but did not, and the room we stayed in the other hotel was at a lower price than we had originally paid so we stayed in a lesser room on top of the inconvenience of having to travel to 2 hotels. A simple phone call or email notification could have avoided this.

Love the stay, the reception staff and cafe staff are nice and helpful. Love the breakfast and hotel room is clean. Just the pool was not open. Will definitely stay again.

Staff was very kind during breakfast we needed a highchair with a buckle and they went out of there way to find it, and everything was extremely clean. They even setup a crib for us with a blanket for the baby.

Pool was out of order wish they would have said that when we booked!

Beds were comfortable, rooms nice enough, convenient location to freeways, ample parking (although they charge) with EV slow chargers. There is zero retail or restaurant within walking distance. But it works for a quick stay.

Breakfast was very basic. The same for three days…

The only downside to this place is they picked June to do maintenance on the pool ! Everything about it was great, but that.

Pool was under renovation double check if this is important for you before booking.
